I'm going to close this thread, and walk away from the topic.

I posted it because the primary emphasis  is about the projects that I have started, and not about me.The projects are all about the Bitcoin Talk forum. and that is a meta topic. I stated that it could end up in reputation, and I assume that whoever moved it decided it was the end.

If it is moved back to meta, then I will re-open it, and continue posting

I approved you, and sent an email for you to confirm your membership. I didn't receive this confirmation, and I thought you had given up on me, and so I deleted your application. Please could you resubmit this - apologies for that.
I never received any confirmation email. All these days I was waiting for it. I was having a doubt that you ignored me LOL
By the way registered again with the same credentials - everything is fine. It's not your fault.

I am quite interested if merit sources browse "Bitcoin Discussion" section. It is full of redundant posts and threads which have been already answered a few times. Could you tell me what kind of tutorials you would like to see? I still a have a few ideas for tutorials, but I would like to focus only on the ones which might be actually helpful. I would also appreciate if someone could review my English. I am doing my best to improve it, but I still make some mistakes (mostly punctuation). The language barrier seems to be one of the biggest issues here.

By the way I am not sure if there is anything wrong or not. Few days ago I registered on FtT but yet I can not see my registration was approved. Any reason? Would you care checking with the same username as I have in here?

Why there is a manual approval? Just curious to know.

Sorry this is not included in the previous post, but I'm posting from the van, and the netbook keypad is not the best of mice.

@bitmover - can I reply to your post tomorrow when I am sitting at a desk.

I own over 500 .com domain names, and that includes the names for all of my Internet identities, and all of my projects. They are all hosted on various hosting plans that I manage.

Hello Jet Cash,

Can you talk more this? Why do you hold all these .com domain names?
I never researched about hosting a .com domain. I think this could be interesting.

Are you speculating, buying some unusual domains expecting them to be valuable in the future?

Some other day I was reading fittotalk.com. I was impressed with the effort you put in it, and that you registered a .com domain for it.

Hey Jet Cash, as you said
it should end up in reputation.
Since it doesn't have anything to do with the forum itself.
And begiing --> begging.

Apologies for the typo. I was  called away in the middle of posting, and didn't have a chance to do the final edit.

The main reason I decided to post in Meta is that I have a number of forum projects running, and I believe that discussion of those should be in Meta. It is unlikely that anyone taking advantage of the projects will visit reputation, as they have nothing to do with any trading.

I've seen a lot of speculation and comments about my status and my motivation here on Bitcoin Talk. Most of it has been on this board, and that is why I have started the thread here, but perhaps it should end up in reputation.

I joined the board because I'm interested in virtual assets. At first, this was just domain names, but then I saw Bitcoin as the virtual equivalent of gold. Bitcoin Talk has been a great source of information and help to me, and I support the forum, and I would like to see it return to the great resource that it was a few years ago. So what am I doing here.

I'm not a mod, a DT or staff, but I am a merit source. Now that I have announced that, I will report, and give red trust to anyone who sends me a PM begging for merit. Also, I put on ignore anyone I see begging for merit, so they will not receive any merit from me.

I own over 500 .com domain names, and that includes the names for all of my Internet identities, and all of my projects. They are all hosted on various hosting plans that I manage.

I started a small chat room for a few merit sources and other senior members here, and the Fit to Talk project was the result of discussion in this room.

If I remember correctly, the translation project is the result of a suggestion by seoincorporation, and it is promoted by me.

I'll add a post to clarify my policy in awarding merits a bit later.
