First, let me mention that this thread isn't supposed to be a thread for it should belong to Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024, but even if you still decide to make it a thread, then it should belong to the Gambling Discussion board, I've never come across matters relating to football or sports being discussed in the Gambling board, and honestly, it looks really odd discussing this here, so maybe you might want to move it to the gambling discussion board.
And to contribute to the discussion, Arsenal does seem to stand a better chance of wining the game, but honestly, we can't underrate Tottenham, I mean Tottenham is one of the best club with really good and serious players I know, I do not wish Arsenal loss, but then, they must bring their A game on if they must win this one.

There must be definitely a winner or loser? What if they played 90 minutes and the match ended as draw. Like 1:1 or 2:2. A match may not ended as draw and it may ended as draw. There are matches that can ended as no goal at all which is 0:0. Here is my prediction; Arsenal 2 : 1 Tottenham.
I am thinking that Arsenal would win either and I am expecting goals.

Arsenal is a better team then Tottenham but recently Tottenham playing really great and Tottenham are gained 2nd position on premier league point table. Tottenham is now competing strongly with Man City. But Arsenal is a very good team in the Premier League. Arsenal's position is after Man city. So no matter how well Tottenham play suddenly, it will be very difficult for them to win a match against Arsenal. They will not be able to beat Arsenal very easily.
