Theymos is our beloved "Overlord". lulz. hes 1 of 2 administrators of the forum, and as far as i can tell the other one isn't very active.
Stefan Thomas is a backup admin when Theymos is away.

A lot of people are directing their complaint/requests, etc. at Theymos. Does he own the forum? Also, I saw that Tysat had the title of staff, is he an employee? Curious about the goings-on in the forums. 
Who owns it?
Depends on your definition of ownership. Different resources are controlled by different people. Private Internet Access has ultimate control of the server. Sirius owns the domain. A lot of the money is managed in accordance with the Treasury Agreements, which defines a somewhat more complex organizational structure, though these agreements don't rule the entire forum. I coordinate it all, but I have no ultimate, binding authority over anything except the bitcoins that I hold (and I'd like to reduce this). No one person can permanently shut down the forum.
As for the 'Staff' rank, all Moderators' posts (except Global Moderators' posts) have this rank when they post outside the sections they moderate in.

Seems to be constantly barraged with questions and complaints, which is the downside of being the Admin of a forum of this size. Still he runs a clean ship as far as i can tell. As near as i can tell he's a pretty nice guy who isn't to quick to judge, although i doubt he holds a very high opinion of me.
tysat is also a mod. he aids in identifying suspected scams and helps by providing mod notices to prevent users from falling victim to scams. Most of the time they can't remove these suspected scams because there is simply no way of knowing without a shadow of a doubt if its a scam or not.
