Nowadays, many projects make promises to their investors, which they will never complete. but at the promises you can make a lot of money
I never heard of Netcoin and Android Tokens. After I searched, both are shitcoin and the roadmap project is not in accordance with reality. I recommendation if invest in ICO, you must research that project about whitepaper, goal product, roadmap, team, and community project.
Basically I never heard about that tokens... In the same time we have hundreds of projects with huge promises and zero results (( It is very sad...

I don't remember any of these coins at all. Maybe they were hyped and forgotten after they got pumped. And people will always forget about it when they already took their money from it.

Just speaking generally, coins with no real use or genuine value will disappear as soon as the people promoting or hyping them stop.
The crypto world is hopefully becoming wise to P&D tactics and hopefully, like black hat SEO tactics, we see them less and less.
In saying that, and if NETCOIN are doing stuff to add value and resurrect their coin with updates and real strategies then I say good on them and hope they do well!

Not only those coins, but we have thousands of coins who have lost their value in just five months of existence and many more will lose their value because some of these are just clone of old coins or really has no use and just launch their ICO for the sake of having one.
I myself do not remember because I never participated in the campaign of the two coins and also never bought them, so we cannot deny their promises because they have policies and rights to make developments.

Both are jokes coins and what makes you think if both should be included on the promising coin? i don't even see any reason to categorized them all in the promising coin. It's so easy to create a noise but not about the development progress. Basically, so many projects have been doing what both of these coins were doing in the past. 
Not only these coins disappeared from exchanges and were forgotten. In the world of cryptocurrencies, there were hundreds, if not thousands, of coins that were created just for quick profit. They had no value or use (apart from the usual exchange). Yes, the ones you gave were created only for pum & dump, nothing more.
