I think this is very good idea to introduce bitcoin to women, announcing the 2016's miss bitcoin pageant will a good move in bitcoin and for bitcoin. I would like to cast my vote for Tatian Moroz..

if by "schlonged" you mean "censored" then get used to it, I did.  What did you expect, I'm Donald Freakin Trump, the media (including bitcointalk) hates me, and routinely does everything in its power to restrict my freedom of speech.

This whole things seems ridiculous.  Surely there are better ways to spread the word on BTC than some cheesy beauty pageant...

Soon, I have to go away.
I know none of these lady... Just wonder what is the link between bitcoin and beauty pageant?

I think it is better for bitcoin companies to come together to sponsor something that is more relevant to bitcoin.

Same here, never heard of them.
Where is this event anyhow.

Leading Crypto Sports Betting & Casino Platform
Every nomination should be accompanied with a Bitcoin donation towards a prize pot. The ladies needs to be rewarded for their contribution and feminine touch they are adding to the community. This should not just be judged on looks, more more on the intellectual contribution they have made to improve the Crypto currency community. Will this be only Bitcoin or all Crypto Currencies? I know Amanda for instance, will include other Alt coins in her videos and they are in actual fact, competition for Bitcoin. ^smile^

Good Idea, OP.

Crypto Swap Exchange
I voted for Naomi Brockwell since aside from knowing her way around BTCitcoin, she's quite a talent which it's a plus (beauty + talent) so it makes her the winning one. Another one from the list that is very close to being the winner (for me) was Amanda B. Johnson. She's pretty as well and certainly knows a lot of stuff (not sure if she has any hidden talent so that's why I voted for Naomi instead).

Yeah rewarding a women who know , use and spreading bitcoin should be a motivation to another women to encourage learn about bitcoin .
But there is very few woman who know bitcoin and broadcasting about bitcoin in mainstream media like YouTube, so maybe there will be only one or two candidates.

hmm, this looks interesting but there is not enough information about the event!
and also maybe it is just me but i don't understand how it is going to promote bitcoin (or crypto) are they going to get paid in bitcoin or are they gonna wear bitcoin as bikini Smiley

baka LOL  Cheesy
this is not sex miss universe. i think schlonged must give more information, like from wikipedia,
photos of each contestant, or achievement of each contestant.

This is a great idea! How's the judging criteria? By how they look or how they promote bitcoin?

Maybe each of them will be linked to a public address so that people can vote by sending bitcoins into the addresses. The income will be used for subsequent year's event!

is there going to be an actual pageant, ceremony taking place out there similar to miss america or something like that or is it just online?
is there going to be Media coverage, shown on TV?

isn't it better to have an official website where are the announcement and participants are in one place with pics and videos instead of youtube videos
