How do the people feel here now?  Those that sold it for say 300 or 500?  What about those that sold it for 1k or 1500?  What about 2k?

Well when it actually hit 2k it did not stay taht way for long it quickly wnet down after it, so people selling were because they were afraid of losing more, but it turns out that it didn't, peope don't trust bitcoin cash as much as they trust bitcoin, if bitcoin goes down a bit people will still hold no matter how low it will get because they know it will eventually go up again, because it happend before and they regreted it, but since bitcoin cash is still fairly new, people are afraid of bad investment.

It feels good. Cheesy i sold bitcoin cash way back when it was trading at 0.2 BTC, i didn't convert/sell BTC for fiat. ATM, that 0.2 BTC is worth ~$3100, it'll be worth even more when BTC be $20k or more.

If trading on Bitfinex I have sold the price of $ 1932 but I am happy that I got the best profit from the BCh and I am planning to invest all my assets in BCH because I am convinced BCH could pass Bitcoin

It was at a good rate you sold out and got your profits booked it. But BCH surpassing BTC seems difficult for me to happen any time. Due to BTC, BCH was created and for BTC to either come down or BCH to rise to 8k approx level or so will require a huge momentum or reasons for such a rise.

Its not going to happen. Bch, whatever its supporters ans ver say, will never overtake bitcoin. Though it had a marvelous run last week that had many people earning profit. That's probably as far as bch can go it seems :p

Now im curious are those ppl who sold their bitcoin cash for 500+ earlier when it first came out not happy when they saw bitcoin cash went to 1k then 1500 and then 2000?  I had thought... man it would been nice to sell the bitcoin cash at 700 when it first came out because the price dropped to below 300 and many people said its going to go down even more.  Then there is a huge spike.

you are in a trading discussion board my friend and you are talking about doing a 1 time sell only! what is the matter with you Cheesy

here is what a trader does:
when bitcoin cash came out they sold their coins fast at the highest price before it got dumped.
- then when the bottom was reached they started buying some because it is the bottom!
- then the first pump came and those who bought back at the bottom, dumped to get another large profit.
- then things settled down and the bottom was reached again. because the pump to $2000 was expected due to SegWit2x they bought at the bottom
- the pumped happened so they dumped again to get another huge profit and went back to trading other coins and wait for the BCH bottom and next pump.

- rinse and repeat. it is called trading.

When bitcoin cash first came out, it was in the hundreds and i recall it hit 700 or so and at one point and many people said they were happy to get rid of it at 500+ per bitcoin cash as the price plummeted.  The price has went down to the 250 range or so and as many of you know, it skyrocketed.  I recall it hit close to 2400 at one point.  First off, does anyone know how long it stayed at the 2k+ price for?  Did anyone here sell it at 2k+ for their bitcoin cash?  Now its around the 1k mark which is still a lot considering it was at the 300 range for quite a bit.

Do you think if you didn't sell your bitcoincash, you should do it now or not?  I mean 1000 for bitcoin cash is a lot when its technically given to you because you owned bitcoin.  Or do some of you think it would go even higher?  The thing is if you sell it now, you would get more for it than those ppl who got rid of it when it was in the 500+ range when many people started getting rid of it.

I sold some at 600+
Some at 1000+
Some at 1100+

Ah I sold at a previous pump of like .2. I'm still happy with that. This was the middle of the night for me so it never would have happened and I never would have been able to sell quick enough. Only people with BCH ready to sell on an exchange could have sold at that price.

What a massive pump and dump.

So legit. Totally not controlled by one small group of people.

I sold my little BitCoinCash when it hit $300 on the trading site I am a member of. I really don't care much about BitCoinCash though I believe that there is always a room for it in the industry...well this is an open industry anyway if we can allow shitcoins to exist then why not this offshoot of Bitcoin? But I don't like that people are making a big deal about it...there is no need to kill Bitcoin just to make BitcoinCash shine and grow!

You should sell your bitcoincash when it reached $2000 many days ago. Not sure if BCH would be on that price again because it's likely stable on $900-$1200 for now.

You are too late if they think that bitcoin cash could go to $2000 again. If you didn't sell it at that price, then you have miss the opportunity already. Bitcoin Cash will never reach that price again.

Its clear as day as what is the purpose of this coin, its purely pump and dump coin. If you have joined the hype, you should think that this is the main reason why it quickly rises and should have dump it at the top price. Because its not sustainable.

Anyone here?

There are people who are even saying BCH could replace BTC soon. /s  Roll Eyes
Don't worry, it's recovering due to its DAA (Difficulty Adjustment Algorithm) fact that took it to adjust its difficulty to manage the time intervals smoothly while generating bigger blocks as well. But I don't think anything could become the major BTC, it's true that BCH had been more profitable few time before but this or any other coin could not take place of current Bitcoins. I am sure it will recover till or above 0.2, so wait for some more crispy turns before you commit the same mistake those did who sold at 500 in panic.
Yes, it had been more profitable but difference wasn't so huge to choose BCH over BTC. People who are in bitcoin's business and their aim is to develope/get more profit, they wouldn't choose BCH and one main reason is: Continue doing what you can to do well....
I have this coin in wallet and amn't going to sell it, for me it worths to wait years in hope of profit and even if I lose it didn't affect me, I think BCH is very new and has some serious price increasement potential.

Looks like bitcoin cash was bubbled just a moment and only people who are lucky or know this news will sell at that moment. It's not easy to know that Bitcoin cash will dump after reach 2k$ goal.

kinda upset missed the chance to sell it at $2000, but that's because I didn't bother claiming it yet  Tongue
still in the process consolidating and moving my BTC from my addresses (just to be safe)
by the look of it, we will have another chance to unload BCC with high price
it just need a little rumour or news Grin to shake the price, and people would panic trade BTC<>BCC
and make sure to take that opportunity to gain quick profits Cool

Hi there.  I also did not claim my bitcoin cash yet.  Is there a reason why you did not do it yet?

People who sold their bitcoincash at high price for sure they will earn a lot of profit. I have bitcoincash in my wallet right now and I hold this coin for few years because I believe this coin will increase more. But everything is possible to happen maybe bitcoincash will decrease again and down at lower 1000 dollars. But I hope the price stable at thousands of dollars price.

those who sold all the bitcoin cash at over $1500 each one are the real lucky ones, i was not able to hold some of them because i was afraid of them.
So i instantly dumped them on august 1nd right after away that i got them on my wallet, it was below $750 each bitcoin cash, i thought that it was a fair price because it dropped below $300 in a few days after that.
But then i re-bought some of them and i made some profit from them, but not more than $200 because i thought that it was going to drop to $300 again, lmao.

LOL this is me. I immediately dumped my BCH as soon as I got them. IIRC I dumped it at about BTC0.1 each, couldn't remember what value that is in USD. I'm happy at that time. It was the first fork that I made me earn Bitcoin easily. I do not really regret it, I mean it's shitcoin, what could you expect from it. The only reason BCH pumped to $2000 level was because of the cancellation of Segwit2X. Had it not been canceled, BCH surely will go even lower.

First off, does anyone know how long it stayed at the 2k+ price for?  Did anyone here sell it at 2k+ for their bitcoin cash?
It stayed only for 1-2 hours. Congrats to people who sold it at $2,000+. Easiest money ever Cheesy

YES definitely! If I didn't dump my BCH in August and missed that $2000 ATH, I would sell it now immediately. $1000 is way too high for such shitcoin. I don't think it'll ever go higher than that. I'm thinking that currently Roger Ver, Jihan and co are already making a plan for the next fork. Could you guess its name? Bitcoin Platinum, perhaps? Tongue

Hi there.  But when you did sold it and the price went down to the 200s, you were pretty happy right?  But when you notice it went up to 2k.. .but its back to around 1k now, does that upset you because you sold it at the 600s?
Loose some win some. Won´t loose to much sleep over this. Just wish that this circus stops. BTC is not fiat. So there shouldn´t be free money being printed around as it happens with FIAt. wu keep criticizing fiat because it is inflationary and then everybody is so happy with the "free Fork money".

I sold some at $1900 because I had bought it from $1200 and I wanted to have some cash money in my pocket. If I could manage to hold it, I would have 3x more dollars now. Unforunately.

i think it would be better for you to sell it right now because the chart does not look so good,
in my opinion there will be another movement like a few weeks ago,
the price will be declined slowly and hit $700 again in the future.
right now people still overhyping bitcoin due to CME group's listing in the next few weeks,
so sell it right now and buy it back later,
it's very high right now and it may be can go down from here deeper from before

I took profit from the last pump that it had, i feelt tempted to buy so i bought 1.50 at $1120 each one, and i was  lucky becuase i could sell them at $2050 each one.
I made a good profit from it, but since that, i have never bought bitcoin cash anymore because i know that it is just a pump/dump altcoin, so it would be never be safe to hold your funds in there, because that coin could suddenly drop to $600 again and nobody will care about that.
So it is better to have your funds on bitcoin instead of bcash

I cashed it out at 600´s as i don´t believe that merely increasing blocksize is the answer and justifies the hardfork. So i just dumped as it is something i don´t believe and don´t agree with.
