My order made in early February came straight from ninja, from Arizona I believe.

May have changed since then.

I thought Ninja was just passing orders to china and doesn't actually have product.

my orders from ninjatech come straight from China to my door, I can take a picture of a shipping label if you want. They order it for you and it ships TO you, it doesn't ship to Ninja and then ship to you. China to your door in a week. Cxboyminer is sort of wrong, it never actually gets in Ninja's hands.

I will have to agree, any orders put in with ninjatech come straight from China, granted they come pretty fast, but they come directly from China.

He [distributes]. He collect orders from the people, then place the order. The manufacture sends the items to ninja then he resends the items to the correponding owners.

ninjatech is already shipping them. Maybe you should look harder I have already bought several of the older S1s and they come via UPS in 5 business days.

I wonder who is going to step up to the plate and make a killing selling 1TH 28NM equipment locally in the USA for ~3500 bucks? Someone that has the equipment on hand and can ship with Fed Ex/UPS.

I've been looking and so far no one fits the bill.
