I highly doubt this will have any effect on the eventual decision on whether/when the Winklevoss' ETF will bear fruition.

No it really shouldn't have any effect. And this is a case totally not related to Bitcoin.
But it shows one more time how often the winklevoss seem to get in touch with "shady" people.
Zuckerberg betrayed them by stealing the social network idea.Shrem, whom they funded went to jail althoug kind of ridicolous imo.
And now this lawyer involved in illegal action.
I feel a bit with the Winklevoss. Cheesy

Shkreli should be locked up for life for doing what he did with Daraprim.  That's fucking ridiculous and is against everything I hold dear.

I don't think this is huge bitcoin news, though.  The twins will survive, though with having that particular lawyer they may wind up getting painted with the same brush, so to speak.  And they were also associated with that other BTC Foundation person who wound up in jail, right?

Interesting news. Lawyers getting arrested... lol! allways good for a laugh..

Unfortunately there are a lot more where that one came from so I doubt very much this will have any effect on the coin ETF whatsoever.

Aha.. now I remember this story. The guy in the hood is asshole that did this.. "raising the price of a life-saving pill, Daraprim, by 5000% from $13.50 to $750" AIDS drug. Truly a human piece of garbage.

And the worst thing about the whole fact was that he was smiling while doing it and not seeing even a slight problem with it.

That guy does not deserve to call himself a human and this arrest suits him well.

The lawyer was probably not the only one on the ETF stuff? I think it will fly over regarding impact on bitcoin.

Maybe Charlie Shrem will bequeath his books to Evan upon his release next year.
