Hey guys, I've been thinking a lot about crypto-currencyes and the real advantage of using them as a future for digital money.

However, I start to doubt day by day about all of them. Let's start:

1. Mining. This was supposed to be the whole point of having a decentralized currency. Allowing peoples to be part of network. Now this is gone, become more and more a territory for small mining farms and big companies who control the blockchain. You need to have latest super uber hardware to actually gain something, letting outside 99% of peoples who could contribute to the network. Disappointing.

2. Blockchain. I feel like peoples who develop software some times don't care. I found unacceptable to don't have any caching mechanism for database. Blackchain sync for Bitcoin basically trash your HDD because of the database system what is used or how is used. Unacceptable. And is not only Bitcoin here, almost all other alt-coins use something similar.  This is not something that masses will be happy with.

3. Fees and transaction times. This was supposed to be one the strength of the network. Sadly, fees are way to high and transaction time is just insane. VISA do it better, how can you guys think this will be adopted in such conditions??

4. HODL. OK guys, this is a mistake, and this will destroy most of the coins, you transformed something that was/is supposed to solve some problems into a speculators heaven. What's the point to have a coin if nobody use it for transactions? For online shops and such?? Everybody talk about holding. Hmm.. Where you think your coin will go when other coin with better features will come? Instead widely adopting your coin, peoples will chose for the other one. Simple logic.

5. Nowhere to buy. Exactly like this, you can't buy any coin right now, except a few places, where is the speculators heaven. The real value is doubtful.

My post is not supposed to disturb anyone of you in any sense, I try to see the things realistically how they are. Some of you are in the dream wagon, ok, I don't have a problem with that. But you must hear other opinions also. Maybe this will help for better understanding on what is going on.
