So this guys not legit? Man its hard to trust people, I guess thats why paypal is successful LOL people taking advantage of bitcoin anonymity, I bet the scammers would hate to have a bitcoin chargeback

Why didn't you use any escrow ? As mentioned above the Op was willingly ready to do a trade with escrow.You could have been a little more responsible and used an escrow even though its a small amount.Because I stupidly agreed to send half before and half after.
