Who's the unknown mining pool that's contributing the 37 some odd percent of hashing power?

I just had to jump in before this gets deleted: I assume Butterflylabs must be testing their new ASICS somewhere, no? :-)
I'm sure they will be. have they manufactured any yet? I think testing will come later in the year 
they will be testing their fpga mini rigs tho I imagine
Didn't they claim they were testing them without actually mining any coins?

they have been testing existing tech on EclipseMC. A search will give some more info on that.
