nope. still unaddressed. i'm sure they have better things to do and it's not that important but it would be nice to have it done. i hate to think how many support requests they must be dealing with these days.

i've been used poloniex for 2 years, getting replied by them within 48 hours when i send them support request so far.
i've been waiting about 2-3 weeks to get more verification now. they may be better for actual problems but i was kind of expecting something to have been done by now.

They are pretty trustworthy, don't worry. I use it too.
I found Cryptsy trustworthy too, used it for years. Polo's recent actions involving BTC withdrawls screams insolvency, they need to post proof of solvency like Bitstamp.

Usually they respond within 24 hours, if the issue is urgent I suggest you raise the issue with a moderator in chat.
