http://www.whotakescoin.com is an established bitcoin directory with approximately 7,700 listings and has been around for a little over 2 years. The site features multiple category lookup with free listings for businesses including mapping and currency selector. Site is driven on donations, adsense and advertising.

The advertising rates are really affordable with front page featured rotating at $9/mo and banners for $5/mo. Exclusive is available and we also have the ability to brand our RealTime Quote Widget with Directory lookup that you can place right on your site.

The site also has bitcoin classified listings at no charge so you can list anything for sale for free. This is a new feature and free is available until a significant number of listings and views are in the system.

Where We Are
WhoTakesCoin has been sitting in the background while bitcoin matures. There is still a long way to go for bitcoin to mature, but there is also a great deal more activity. We have not marketed and rely on G searches for traffic and exposure. We are #1 in Google for Bitcoin Directory and top ten for quite a few other KW searches.

We are now in the process of getting more active with the site and working on promotion since traffic is our lifeblood. We are open to donations to help us build exposure to bitcoin because, let's face it, the more exposure we get, the better off bitcoin is.

WTC (WhoTakesCoin) is already mobile friendly but will be going through some design changes in the near future.

Where We Are Going
WTC will be updating design of both the full-size site and the mobile version to a more contemporary look and feel. We will be expanding on our community reach by adding training modules and more robust back-end systems to add value to site members. We are working to expand our classified services and front-end functionality.

What Do We Need?
We need your visits, we need your feedback and we need your participation. Regardless of who comes out on top as the primary directory for bitcoin, the public has to decide and start congregating around that directory. We obviously hope that http://whotakescoin.com comes out on top, but whichever directory you like, make sure you visit, visit often and participate in their community.

Thanks,
The WhoTakesCoin Team
