actually bitcoin prices have the same rates in one time if juxtaposed with the dollar USD. different thing is when we buy bitcoin for 100 $ and then sell it when bitcoin price increases. it will make us profit, this is what makes bitcoin has value that could be infinite. that's how bitcoin is called very expensive.

It is actually same but if you mean that you cannot find 100$ in bitcoin for 100$ it is because there are not many bitcoin sellers, everyone is trying to accumulate as much bitcoins/altcoins possible, the price drops in bitcoin/altcoins are just part of the game.
Also for most of the online bitcoin sellers(who sell and buyback) they have to pay transaction/withdrawal fee's so the fees are covered in their btc price and there is always a risk that after selling their bitcoins price might rise and by the time they buy back they would get less btc amount , so they keep price higher to avoid taking risk
