Funny, yet another shill attack on me. These have been increasing in frequency lately, though this thread is somewhat older (I must have missed it).

If you want to know why they are on DT, ask Blazed and/or hilariousandco why they have Lauda on their trust lists using PM. I can't imagine that both parties will read here.
If you want to know why they aren't off DT, ask any other DT1 member (other than OgNasty) as to why they haven't removed Lauda from their trust list. Once again, you should do so through PM as there is a next to zero chance that all of the parties involved will read this thread.

I don't see anything wrong in this honestly. How does this reflect the trustworthiness? Its fair for them to be able to run an escrow service or manage campaigns.
Its free money, I would take it too if I were them. As long as they follow all the rules and does not contribute to the spam, it is totally fine IMO.
DT is by no means, perfect. Users are expected to create their own list with those that they trust. DT is more of a starting guideline for forum users, to prevent scam. Most of those complains are people getting butthurt for getting called out on their scamming activity, if you hadn't realised.
This can warrant a removal though I don't think its absolutely necessary, till they start to abuse it or there is a clear indication that they have committed fraud etc.
So you're saying its either Theymos or Cyrus. They are the only ones with such privilege. Judge their status and think about what they would gain by being involved in such activities.

Only the DT list is predefined by Theymos. Those people at DT2 and below are included by someone from one level above them. It is up to their discretion as to who to trust.

because from what i see you're complaining about this community system.
and also,you're saying 'The Mods selling an inactivite account for cheaper price'.
are you saying a Theymos? Cyrus? or Hilariousandco?
because as far as i know,they're the only one that can access the database(i might be wrong).
you're suspecting the mods to do some dirty activity while you can not proof anything.

They can not do something like that unless someone breaks the RULES,
if mods do that,something terrible will happen for sure.
and many people will keep attacking the mods and something like that.
it's just like the real life,can you remove the 'Bad Guy' ?
if you have a problem with DT member or Mods,you can try to prove it and solve it in here.
and i am sure if they're breaking the RULES the other Mods will take an action for this.

I do not want to experience another master-p kind of incident hence want to hear this community's opinion:

Is it right to allow a person who is having following remarks in his career with this forum :

1. Got disqualified from staff position

2. Got removed from DT status at least once for some reasons.

3. Intensively competing with rest of this forum for earning through wearing sig/managing camp and by providing escrow services.

I am not seeing any other staff/DT member is with intensive nature for earning here which is a lead for point #4.

4. Lot of complaints on abuse of DT power like creating room for self benefits in the name of "cleaning" this forum.

5. Open scam accusation on shady behavior with lenders.

Finally, I do hear a staff (or someone who has enough credentials to check activity of forum members) of this forum is selling inactive accounts for cheaper price. I do not have enough proof on this. But I do see lots of account recovering requests after got hacked.

I guess this is the right time to bring new changes to continue a healthier and safer environment here.
