You are correct. We are just in primary phase with new technologies coming out everyday, new coins being issued everyday.
As the technology matures, surely we would have distinction between them on the basis of their use and nature.

All the projects that appear in the virtual world are spread over the Blockchain system. It is wrapping everywhere in the form of a network of algorithms. The whole world will soon use this technology and trade will be done from here.

How will it be moderated? Moderator needs to know the purpose of every coin/token to separate them between #Cryptocurrency and #CryptoStock/#CryptoShare... People will continue to mix topics in both boards and there will be total chaos 
As the community usually check the CMC to know the status of market, every coin/token is notified there which one is what. That can help a lot or the project developer can revealed their coin/token as currency or stock.

why should we tell all Altcoins as Alternative cryptocurrency?
Can we diversify the coins in two sectors like #Cryptocurrency and #CryptoStock/#CryptoShare as they all are not mean to be a payment system. In my opinion some are like the stock holding of that project and doesn't need to be a currency or any payment medium.
Correct me if I'm wrong. Also please share your opinion.

i think because people believe that most of cryptographic product is design for currency
so, this is only about trust, and from the beginning when bitcoin born people called bitcoin as cryptocurrency mate
Your concern is right but that not means all of them are currency in usecase. Moreover, like traditional stock market all these projects are trading their so called tokens thats why i think this can be called cryptostock(personal opinion)
