Maybe he is more worried about the Red trust which he have received by this incident.

This is probably the root cause of his complaint in the meta. But OP, I can promise you that by writing here you will get even more red tags, and soon you will get a flag too.
I often see on other forums how stolen goods are sold at half price for bitcoins. OP, are you familiar with carding?

However, there is no site rule saying you are not allowed to post a loan without offering any collateral that "rule" is just a stickied post made by people to help users avoid scams...

The same thing applies to negative trust on your account. You are not banned from the forum, your account is marked as a warning to help users to avoid scams.
Honestly, I am not sure why you are complaining. It is obvious that you have read the loan request rules in the sticky post, but you have deliberately chosen to ignore them.

honestly, it really doesn't make sense for a "newbie" to apply for a loan and it doesn't make sense that someone will lend their funds for a "newbie" account.  even if you want to apply for a loan to the bank, they will definitely see your history.  you have to understand the rules here, even many trusted accounts run away from their loans.

You can ask loans and give loans if you wish, forum is not going to ban you for doing this but DT network is completely different from the forum rules and its importantly existing here to save fellow forum members from potential scammers.

In the eyes of DT you're not eligible to ask a loan without collateral since you got no reputation at all, so give something as valid collateral or just go for traditional banks which will ask about your entire life history, security for your loan, etc.

It does not have to followed, but you are risking your account getting tagged (negative trust). There is a difference between the rules here in the forum and what is frowned upon in here.

Hopefully you only got temp banned and could still post in this forum, probably you got banned since you're brand new user and asking a loan without provide valid collateral which is suspicious and scammy.

I think OP is not banned because he has just posted this post today. Maybe he is more worried about the Red trust which he have received by this incident.
Unfortunately this cannot be undone so people remain cautious that he previuosly tried to get the loan with a collateral with a disposable newbie account.

Also to everyone posting, no I am not a scammer and I have posted collateral for this loan. You can take off your negative feedback now, thank you.

I don't know about the ban but you shouldn't be getting a loan without a collateral especially if you are a newbie because if you think about it, you don't have any risk in the table since you are a newbie and you can just go and default your loan and create another account.

The "rules" stating that collateral has to be provided is only a stickied post and it says in the title of the thread "IGNORE AT YOUR OWN RISK"
You only read the subject, not read the entire post of that's thread.

The rule of "No Collateral, No Loan" means that in order to get a loan you must give collateral that is equal, or preferably higher to the amount you are being loaned.

If you completely ignore this sticky and make a loan request with no collateral, without having massive trust on the forum, the chances of you getting negative trusted feedback and therefore having a Trade with Extreme Caution tag is almost 100%.

What is not considered collateral?
- Identification.  So what if they can prove who they are.  Are you going to spend more money and time taking them to court on untested legal grounds?  You'll probably just walk away, like everyone does.  ID is useless.

Since you can't provide valid collateral which is determine as no collateral you're breaking the rules of lending sections and deserve tag from DT Members to prevent any users got scammed from you.

This forum doesn't moderate or have rules of scam, but some section has full of scammer and need their own rules to prevent from scammers. (e.g. lending section no collateral = scam, altcoin ANN fake team pr plagiarized whitepaper = scam, investor based games ponzi = scam etc)

Hopefully you only got temp banned and could still post in this forum, probably you got banned since you're brand new user and asking a loan without provide valid collateral which is suspicious and scammy.

There is no forum rule at all stating that I have to provide any collateral for a loan. The "rules" stating that collateral has to be provided is only a stickied post and it says in the title of the thread "IGNORE AT YOUR OWN RISK", so technically anybody could post asking for a loan for however much they want, from whoever they want, and it would be perfectly legal according to the site rules. Unless it is a rule of the site then you are allowed to post whatever you want on here in whatever place you want, so long as you are following actual laws put in place by the government. Rules that are not instances where you are actually breaking a law can only get you banned from the site and would not get you into any trouble legally, but it would be against the site rules and that is perfectly legal for the site to enforce. However, there is no site rule saying you are not allowed to post a loan without offering any collateral that "rule" is just a stickied post made by people to help users avoid scams, but it does not have to be followed at all as per site actual rules. Anybody giving me negative feedback and whoever banned me from posting/replying in the loan section is doing so because of a non-existent rule of the site and instead going off of other users' statements made where they said certain protocols should be followed and not ignored when trading, but in reality that is just a recommendation to be followed and not an actual rule of the site that is a bannable or reprimandable offense.
