This is very good suggestion and for some reason I did not have this in mind. OP can try resetting his date time in whatever device he is using.

It's fine in my side. Possibly you are in a country where cloudflare is having issue or something.

Edit: If I am not wrong then this error code is coming from cloudflare.
I think it has something to do on the origin web server probably some issue.

Im thinking OP's device's cloudfare has malfunction or sort of error. It happens to me before, but typically during the time where I am updating my OS, and trying to browse on forum too. Then I figure that its on the domain itself the problem.
I'm not sure if we have the same experience but probably same. This will return on normal probably some glitch OP.  No need to worry.

Or follow this OP, resetting phone and online connection might also be the source of error.

Hi, maybe you can try this method

It's not a big deal though, here's how to fix SSL connection errors on Android phones.
Let's Start with SSL/TLS Certificates.
1.) Correct the Date and Time on your Android Device.
2.) Clear Browsing Data on Chrome.
3.) Change WiFi Connection.
4.) Temporarily Disable Antivirus.
5.) Reset your Android Device.
