I have 47 posts.why am I still a newbie ?

Even if you post many post your rank will not rank-up if you didn't wait the activity update. You need to post 1 post and wait the activity update, it's always updating on tuesday and Update again after 2 weeks. But per update it only add 14 activity so if you are a newbie you need to post per 2 weeks and wait to rank-up your account. You can see here how many weeks you need to wait until you rank-up. bctalkaccountpricer . info

Well the post is important if you apply on a campaign but really in post if you have 100 post you're still in a newbie rank.. why? because it is based on your activity the activity is the one who will be updated in 2 weeks by 14 activities now you have 28 the rank is really based on what your activity is and you should really notice it by now because on that activity it has a lower number than your post so if you really want to rank up just check always your activity how much is it but i think the jr. member is 35 or more for you to rank up Cheesy
The posts made while the activity is frozen will matter for the rank later?  Huh
I am not sure if I understand your question.But to achieve activity,only two post during 14 days is enough.You can see here some Sr,Members  have more posts than other Sr.Member yet there activity is more or less same.You get 14 activity point each 14 days

There didn't any matter how much you post in this forum, matter is how much activity you have. According to the forum rule, you need at least 30 activity going into the next level. Generally, activities were updated every two weeks. That's why you have been still newbie, just patience.

You need to wait another to weeks when activity updated already, the activity is not the same with the post count  it will only add 14 activity every two weeks.

I am sorry to say, but instead of focusing on your rank here, you should do something to improve your post quality before you end up getting banned. It's horrible.

You should lock this thread to prevent more repetition of answers regarding on your query. Post counts wont really matter at all because no matter how many you will post it would not equal on how much potential activity you do have. 14 Activity points refresh every 2 weeks.

As others have already answered your query. You might want to check this [1] thread which explains what are ranks/activity and how they are calculated in this forum.   The ranks are updated every 15 days and with formula
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

When youre activity stop updating when you are a newbie, then it will be updated after 2 weeks. You have 28 activity and that is equal to 1 month activity here in the forum. The next update you will be a Jr. Member with a 42 activity.

Post quantity is not important. You should have enough activity. Andyou should wait to have enough activity. Your activity will increase around every 2 weeks.
