united state don't have lots of interest in crypto like other countries especially Asian parts, thats why we see most new projects putting restrictions on people from U.S and few other countries
No, no, no.  Asia just has far more population than the states, but I bet the percentage of individuals interested in bitcoin is probably close.  Here in the states crypto is very popular and I have met in real life a number of people who either know about or own bitcoin.  It hasn't exactly exploded, but it is popular.

I cannot say why U.S. based projects are 'closed' but it may have to do with the fact that Americans are by nature very xenophobic.  It is an extremely insulated country here and you wouldn't know it by looking at the population, which is pretty diverse.  That's changing nowadays but the xenophobia still exists.  And there are also laws regarding ICOs, tho I don't know if that makes a difference here.

Yeah, but it's an announcement channel. It's not a platform that the team and users of the project can make interactive. Writing messages is not allowed. Other than that, i'm constantly sending e-mail to the team but they never gave me an answer.

You did not get what I mean, in August, not July 2019 that announcement channel is open for public. The reason why they closed it because they want to make a transition from Telegram to their own forum. Look at their announcement regarding this on that channel:

📣 The official BAT Telegram is now an announcements only channel. Please join our official community forum at https://forum.batcommunity.org! 🌇
if you want to say something do not send them an e-mail but use that forum. they have specialized it for the community to talk and reach the team members

The Blockchain world often acts as community. But until now, I've noticed that the communities of American-based projects are quite closed. They don't usually even have telegram channels, they don't usually respond to e-mails they published on their websites. A few of them, Basic Attention, Statista, Coinbase.

There is a reason for that? We see that America-based projects are evolving within themselves, but they're really strict about going public.
I don't have something big to say about this but one thing is certain, united state don't have lots of interest in crypto like other countries especially Asian parts, thats why we see most new projects putting restrictions on people from U.S and few other countries

Are you saying many scammers and hackers are from the United States?  Grin lol, Actually i don't have interest in projects from any other countries except Asian projects like korea based projects, malta , singapore etc they somehow like and invest more in the tech

No, I didn't mean they were a scam.

What I'm trying to say is that America-based projects aren't interested in their clients closely.

Telegram groups or e-mail addresses. It's like they're all ghosts, there's not much chance of you being able to talk to them or communicate with them.

Nope, take a look at Basic Attention token as an example. They were once opened their telegram channel for public until July 2019, then they made a transition from Telegram to their own forum. It is more organized making a discussion on the forum other than Telegram channel, this is their Telegram channel: https://t.me/batproject
if you scroll up you will find people discussing the project and more.
there might be some project do that but it is not because they are American based project but it is because of a particular reason, but we do not know what it is.
