Someone has just paid $202.50 for HALF a bitcoin.  MtGox currently $117 for a hole bit coin.  Why?

Because 1. they can chargeback
2. they don't have any other way to buy btc

Hmm, so if you deliver paper key in tracked envelope?

Is there then possibility of chargeback?

Yep naively sold bitcoin on there a few years ago and got chargeback on every single one. Even after 6+ months! PayPal don't give a flying fuck about you're associated with bitcoin. They won't even reply to emails or fight your corner if you sell bitcoin, no matter how much evidence you have.

Sometimes - history needs a push.
I would imagine chargeback fraud is very prevalent in these exchanges.
