Mainly because there are to much ICO that requires ETH as an investment yet they fail to reach soft cap to start their project. Also there are still some issues regarding FUDS that destroying crypto as a whole. However i think that this will be fixed in the future.
Its just investors exiting and cashing out. We are in the bear market and a lot of them are making the necessary adjustment to at least mitigate their loses. All of us has been negative 60 already, so if you don't make corrective actions, your may lose more. But I don't think that it will fall below $200, I think it has already reached the bottom.
