Is it just me, or have these new projects been launching at low prices, even though they feature all the aspects of Web3? Despite incorporating trending topics like Web3, NFTs, staking, and AI, unlike the last bull run, new projects with good use cases often got listed at much better prices. To be honest, ALIENX’s listing and current price aren’t as appealing as I expected. But maybe it will pump hard in the future. What do you think? Should I look for ways to acquire it because I like the project, or is it a waste of time?
This is how crypto works and this do really shows up that no matter how good that project is when it comes to utility or usage but still it would really be that entirely pointless or useless if we do speak about
hype and community support on which we cant really be able to deny that this one is really that one of the most important thing to be considered because when it comes into this aspect on which
this will be able to bring out the price to be going up high because on the moment that it would really be that absent then it wont really be driven off the price into those peaks despite of those good features.

We do know that one of the most crucial or needed up thing is community support and recognition because not having this will really be pointless or useless. This is why when a project do launches out
then it will really be that important on having this factor or else then your project would really be that going into the floor in terms of price. Make it sure that you would really be also trying out to
market your project when it is really just that starting because features alone wont really be enough for it to be that project to be valuable but of course unique features will be also having that shot.

Because the market is saturated with coins that have all the features that you've mentioned, many coins are just copies of existing coins. For a coin to get a good price in the market and the support of the investing community, it should have a unique usecase, or it will just get ignored.
And another factor is marketing. Even if the project is that good, without proper marketing it will not reach the attention of investors. ALIENX may be that good, but without marketing and advertisement, it will not generate enough support. Take a look at those airdrops on Telegram; they have a platform to promote their project so they can easily get into the consciousness of investors.

What do you mean low prices? Low marketcaps? If we talk just about the valuation here, how in the earth would more expensive tokens be more appealing to anyone but the people selling them?

If you think they are undervalued, why in the earth wouldn't you buy them? AlienX is nr #3190 at the marketcap, so if the value would go any lower it would be microcap and price would be basically a steal (if you believed their product).

I wouldn't buy AlienX, but that's only because i think that's just garbage.

Because what you say is not new op, almost every day that passes there are newly projects that appear in this field of crypto space, whether nft, meme coins, layer2 web43 and etc. That kind of thing has no impact on those who have been in this industry for a long time.

That's why everyone is always told to be diligent in choosing crypto investments and don't just believe in the promises they make. Always apply Dyor before you decide to invest or buy.

There are just too many cryptocurrencies listed now and the money that should help one project to get demand. If an investor would pick, he might just choose the old cryptocurrencies with their reputation built. But those who are trying so hard to hit that jackpot, a gem in the market, will probably throw some dollars for a new cryptocurrency. It doesn't matter what the project will be, the slice of the pie is now lower and I doubt it will be focused on just one. It can be sliced into a million pieces more which means new projects start from dust and take some time before they are appreciated.
I would not expect strong hype with any of the memecoin and new projects. I'd rather buy that expensive Bitcoin or Ethereum rather than take a big risk with a new one that we don't know how far will go.

strong feature doesn't mean it's a good feature, maybe it's just a solution seeking for a problem and on the other hand incorporating trending topics doesn't automatically make a project success.

you can say that, with the presence of so many projects trying to reinvent the wheel and keep getting funding from VC, rinse and repeat, eventually the money will spread thin. no retailer want to buy the same thing over and over again. this new project thing is getting old.

retailers right now are only seeking an OG project that actually deliver a good, unique, strong product with a good use case, basically the one that is a solution to the problem not the other way around, so it's to be expected that some obscure project that brings not much value to the space will be considered as just unnecessary and thus get valued really low.

Web3 is just a hype to be honest. All of those features aren't new but was already there even before these trends have been known.

I'm not quite sure with that but you don't put full hope with that.

Should I look for ways to acquire it because I like the project, or is it a waste of time?
You said so, you like it so you do what you think you can do in your capacity for that project.

A lot of factors
One of the most important is demand and supply

Have you looked at circulating supply? Locked tokens? Airdropped tokens etc. (Basically the tokenomics)

Also, most of these projects are just selling hot air. Nothing very specially or unique. All the Web3,AI, NFT crap has been repeated by dozens and dozens of other projects and have a long while ago collapsed.

AlienX price might not have been appealing to you or maybe you didn't like it so I'll tell you the same thing I keep saying, Hold your tokens and be bullish as the token will still pump. They even advise people to participate in farming opportunities like this and hope for the best

When launched in the market, that's where we can find out the true value of a token. In the case of ALIENX (AIX), you think that they have strong features so they should get a better valuation than what is currently happening.

That's just your opinion, not necessarily other people have the same view, in the market the valuation actually takes place from the accumulation of people who buy - sell. The better the project, the more people will buy and hold it, not just for speculative purposes.

It is because the entire crypto market has become to crowded with new projects. Every single day we can see new projects coming in, getting themselves listed into exchanges, pumping hard and pulling out at the right time living investors stranded. Web3 projects are not different.

The crypto market needs to stop this Trend. 90% of these new projects are designed by the scammers. The crypto market needs to be cleaned out otherwise the trust factor won't be building up here.

If you want to invest your hard earned money, it is probably not the best time.
