The issue of rape is an offense against the government and the person raped.But most importantly the cause of rape is that girls dressed abnormal which makes guys respond in a stupid that even if the ladies do not allow them peacefuly, they will force it on them.

I notice that too. Rape cases are increasing. I have thought that drugs and alcohol abuse can be cause people to rape. If you under the influence of drugs and alcohol, you will not be yourself anymore. You will think of worstest scenarios and act on them. It is base on cases here in our country. Many young women were being raped then killed. Mostly, after police investigation, drugs and alcohol are the reasons.

Yes, could be but the main reason why rape cases are continously increasing is because rapist/suspects are not receiving proper corrective actions like being sentenced to death or lethal injection. Look what's happening to social media. For one reason or another, its getting a lot of bad publicity lately. Once social media is reduced to a fraction of its size, rapes will be on the rise again. But we'll never know it, because the number of cases prosecuted will remain the same or drop. Why will they drop? Why are rapes decreasing? Because more rapists are being caught. The others are becoming scared that they will be caught. So they rape less or not at all.

Of course, one of the major cause is the persons psychological problem, no person in the right state of mind would even force a sexual act. Whatever it maybe, it is not the cause of victims. The victims are never at fault. We as a society should be comfortable with people expressing themselves with their clothes. It maybe as little or sparingly as possible but that doesn't mean that they deserve being raped. I frel that it's because of the rise of feminist movement that trigger an increase in rape cases.
