The answer is simple : "Hidden Agenda" Roger Ver supports Bitcoin Cash and he will do anything to highlight the legacy Bitcoin's problems. < most of these problems are caused by anonymous spammers of the BTC network > They are getting desperate, because they know scaling is not going to be a problem with the implementation of the Lightning Network.

So they will hype Bitcoin Cash and pump a lot of money into it, until they can make massive profits and then they will dump it. Once the Lightning Network is running all these other Alt coins will crash. < Alt coins like Bitcoin Cash / Bitcoin Gold / SegWit2X >

This. Listen to your Legends, fellow non-Legends.

He's not crying, its the true, fees are too high. What does it matter he's rich?
And he's not lying, I paid a fee like that last week. Did you send bitcoins recently?

Yes. I send txs almost every day and pay between $2.50 and $3.50.

Wow, you're retarded OP.

Care to explain why, or are you simply being an asshole, for the sake of sounding like an asshole?

That`s how greedy people act.The more they have the more they want...
By the way,i don`t think that Vorhees is "crying" about the high btc transaction fee.
He is just sharing some interesting fact.If he is really dissapointed by the transaction fees, why don`t he
just use altcoins or the some forked bitcoins like BCH?

Yes there is nothing wrong with his statement, it is somehow a positive build up for bitcoin since what he is trying to say was BTC2.0 in 2011 is the same amount of the transaction fees for today. Imagine the growth BTC had.

There is trouble abrewing
the fees shouldn't be high like this and we are all angry about it. and by we i mean all the bitcoin users not the miners, the miners are enjoying it.

but the reasons people like Ver and their followers talk about fees is because they want to advertise their baby called bitcoin cash specially now that it is being pumped hard!

i always have the same question for them: "what will they do when 8 MB blocks were full and fees of BCH were also increasing to the moon?"!!
suffice it to say that i have not yet received any answers from any of the BCH supporters so far.

This question is very difficult to answer, because everyone's environment is not the same, everyone treats the problem angle is not the same. That's why 1% controls 99% wealth. Perhaps from a very long time, this is the case, because people want to survive, we must protect their own interests. Rich people think that wealth is what they get, they want to keep this right, always give their children. Continue!
People always want to become rich, until they become rich they will find ways to maintain their economy and develop it.

I firmly believe an outright, violent revolution is needed in order to restore some balance of wealth among the global population.

Ironically, Satoshi Nakamoto was trying to accomplish this non-violently, as he has stated several times -- trying to level the playing field financially for everyone around the world. Now you have greedy monsters trying to turn cryptocurrency into a tool for the filthy rich to rob the poor. Its simply shameful behavior.

Probably was pointing out the high congestion of unconfirmed transactions which included one of his so he seems to be crying about it. Still I feel its a bit awful that he actually made such a statement being fortunate enough to be amidst all his fortune while there were so many deprived of basic elements of life like food and shelter.

Yes as someone who has traveled extensively through third world countries such statements by Ver and Vorhees make me sick to my stomach. And now that America has elected Trump as president, I'm strongly considering moving out of America for good. These two really shouldn't have any further say in Core development issues going forward as they have revealed their true motivations and selves.

I mean, saying that an average tx fee is above $10 is downright misinformation. It's a lie. Its not based on any truth whatsoever. Not even Wall Street's best book cooker could justify such an outrageous claim.

They already are technically part of the 1%. Why can't they just be happy being super wealthy while the bottom 50% literally sleeps on dirt and concrete? They want to take away more from people who already have nothing? Never having been over-privileged myself, I just don't understand the psychology of how outstanding success makes greed become exponentially more powerful in the human psyche. I suspect it doesn't for everybody.

Besides, where is he getting his information from? Not this planet.
