Coin base acts more like a broker.

hmmm good question!

I know in our case, we are still relatively new and growing. Although we have over 10,000 members, not everyone is active in the Bitcoin community. Our members certainly did their research on these forums before choosing to use our platform, but not many have shared their experiences here. Also keep in mind that people tend to talk most about negative experiences or concerns. If you don't see a ton of info about an exchange, it could be that most people are satisfied with the services they received.

If you are doing research about a specific exchange, check them out on other social networks as well. We have a small but active following on Facebook and Twitter with lots of reviews. Also, Reddit is another great resource for Bitcoin info. The information you are looking for is out there, you just have to find it.

Please feel free to reach out at any time if you have any specific questions about Coin.MX. Our support team is on standby 247 via live chat, phone, and email.

Happy Trading!
