Not true. Anybody that wants the background details about why this customer is disgruntled, I will happily assist over private message.
Your inability to argue publicly just proves what I previously stated...
You know you missed on this one, but failure to apologize shows your hypocricy.

You replied with counter-attack - ok... Anyway I've stated my reasons and everybody can do their own picture.

(this hasn't anything to do with LR... just local wire transfer between polish banks after it was settled... without posting in this thread they would probably ignore me and held my payment for even more days and this is what scares me most).

To be fair previous transfers were smooth.. but the last one left some bitterness...

Aurum Exchange not recommended...

They insist they haven't recieved money even when their own system notifies you (they don't bother to check their own system or they simply lie to you).

They states that everything is automated, definitely not true.

Email support is slow (matter of days, not hours) and even threatens you and treats you arrogantly.

When you at last get your money, they are not able to give you reason for delay nor the apology... Hypocrites...

Definitely not worth the fees.

While I've not needed their services in a little while, I've used aurum many times in the past with excellent results. I've contacted support, and been taken care of quite promptly. Aurumxchange is also a member of the bitcoin-otc WoT in good standing.

I'm quite sure that they've tried to rectify the situation, but I can see that carlos is probably at least as difficult a customer as I can be.

Further, scrolling up to see that carlos' problem has stemmed from interaction with LR, I can say I'm not surprised. Liberty Reserve has had a considerable string of troubles of late.

It appears, from carlos' statement that he's received funds from aurumxchange, but remains unhappy. My bet is that he should be unhappy with Liberty Reserve's performance more than aurumxchange's performance.

Just my coupla satoshis while I play through.

You're not reading my post or email correctly... you've recieved my part of payment already on Thursday and even notified me by email.

Please check your system before replying first.

Also do you think threatening by banning for overusing your support system is appropriate?

I do want to know reason for this delay. You argued that everything is automated, now we can clearly see that it is not!

★Bitvest.io★ Play Plinko or Invest!

In the case of GOX to LR, it could be either our GOX reserves being too high, or our LR reserves being too low. These situations happen from time to time, and get cleared with exchanges, or by us manually if need be.

Right now, every direction is operating normally.

Thanks!
Roberto

No, it is not. And has not been for the last 2 days now. Why does it take so long to get it cleared up? Why can't you have a reorder point where you can balance currency reserves without having to shut down some trades? And why does support take so long to respond???

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!  Angry Angry Angry

how much thay are paying for this ? i meant that its 1:1 if you are redeeming codes... dont understand which transactions

In order for them to be able to exchange your MtGox codes for USD, they need to have USD on hand - that depends on other people using AurumXchange to exchange USD for other currencies.  Temporary shortages of a particular currency aren't unusual in foreign exchange.
That is not the problem. They only want a certain amount on their mtgox account. If this amount is reached (for example 50k) they won't accept mtgox codes till they withdrawal or echange some of the money.

WHY aurumxchange.com do not receive MtGox (USD) Huh They just say:We cannot receive MtGox (USD) at this time. Please try again later.BUT why?And when?

I have seen them put out messages that they did not have enough money to cover transactions. That could be one reason.
