I'm unsure how much I want to put our hopes of getting a higher Bitcoin price into "hoping that the black market adopts it as its main currency". It already isn't that nice that there's quite a large portion of Bitcoin's value driven by underground transactions.

no one seems to be bothered by the fact that the current main currency for black markets is dollars.

Move On !!!!!!
Bitcoin has so many use cases and this versatility will help it reach these heights in price one day, I am sure if it. Even if we would take only a percent or two of every market that's out there in the world and that we can serve even better than current financial solutions, I think that the price of $10,000 one day is easily reachable.

Looking much for bitcoin to reach at $10.000 at the moment, i think it will take little more time maybe 5+ years to reach this level but it can be happen more early.

While this is possible this cannot happen overnight nor probably under the current infrastructure. Still nice idea to keep in perspective.

Yes +10.000 USD is not going to happen as soon as most of the people thinking but that current rise is like crazy so that as i think BTCitcoin is beyond imagination and more than just crypto currency so it will be always first choice for everyone because it is pioneer in crypto world so nothing is impossible there.

I don't think it's too reasonable to believe that is going to happen in a reasonable time-frame, if at all. IMHO anyway the ideal situation would be for Bitcoin to become a world currency as opposed to simply a "store of value" like precious metals.

In Satoshi I Trust
yes, +10.000 USD is not unrealistic in a 10 year timeframe in my view.

you should add the black market and everything else too in that calculator.

not an easy task, the marketcap should be 140B, not daoble with chinese only i believe you need someone else, like many european which could join with the recent good news

you need those 100B first and...you can view it from this point 1B poeple that put 100 each or 100M people that put 1K each, which is more true for average joe?

the majority will not invest so much in it

Could be is a far from now phrase. Realistically it will not probably go up and up to 10000. For a majority of the peopl from the holders of 14 million coins, it is also an investment. So even if it touches 1000 they would have got a huge return and are likely sell. After that it will just be increasing from shear trading and 10000 would be too hugh of a target to reach.
