Don't the captcha service provider like funcaptcha work better against bots? If the person is using proxy will be fine but bots are always headache for any site.

We are sure that there are people who must use a proxy by necessity but when it comes to money is another story.
 

I totally agree with OP. I use a proxy out of necessity, as I have to work online reviewing search engines as if I was in another country. To have to turn the proxy down to do faucets is not an option (as I do faucets while I am working between page loads, and turning it on and off takes some time).

I am sure many users are just as me.

The only thing is funcaptha  .  but also there is some kind of math question you can add to your faucet that works.

So did anyone find any flaw in that bot to protect from faucet ? please share.

If you are referring to all the faucets in ePay then the fun captcha's at their faucets can be avoided by using a UK IP address,

please be aware that this is only possible to do with ePay's faucet list ! "
So fun captcha is no more 100% secure .

Thanks to fun captcha preventing tthis bot. But still it is loading my faucet page and it's consuming bandwdith.

i think some users at here using bots. maybe they want suasion faucet owners! 3 month ago i lost ~0.65btc less than 2 days from bot attacks.

Yes I am using FunCaptcha now, that was good first aid to block bots, before that I used ReCaptcha what did not blocked bots at all.

I dont know, not doing any changes right now. I really hate bots, before I switched to FunCaptha, I changed rewards to 1 satoshi and still those bots were claiming about every second that one satoshi.

One thing I dont understand here is difference between blocking address on .htaccess file and blocking proxies with script. I am using first mentioned method and not second method at the moment.

virgin media subs out customers to prox because they have more sales then they can handle.. hence another reason blocking proxy is no good

I was blocked by a website, the only one ever.
They blocked me once before, then I was allowed back on, a few days later I got blocked again.
I am a real person not a bot 

Im telling you from experience with my site here  http://bitcoinfaucetexchange.com  my profits have doubled since i took off the htaccess code for proxies and my site is not going dry. Funcapthca is too hard for bots.

And it's better than people that hack faucets for more than $500 an hour! Sites like freebitco.in are frequently hacked by users, these users can earn over $350 in total from doing this (hacking both the bitcoin version and doge version). Possibly why it is a good idea to only get one fixed reward amount for ever time someone logs on to it.

Do not share this idea, if it allows proxies, vpn, vps etc... they dry the faucet in hours.
The vps come over and over again by changing his IP.

I see. While reCaptcha and Solvemedia show Images to choose or entering letters from image is this a easy job. Funcaptcha is a hard job for "Solve Captcha Service".

The best thing to do is just use funcaptha  . blocking vpn is  a proxy. my earnings have doubled since i took off anti-proxy.

I'm working on a open source faucetbox faucet and it's protected against proxy. After the user solved the captcha, he'll see a error that he use Proxy and he don't receive the reward.
Perhaps it's better to block VPS because a VPS is a good thing to run bots.

Have you blocked proxies with your .htaccess file? Have you noticed your traffic has slowed down? Yes you have blocked proxies but 99% are not bots! Most people use a proxy from their paid service that use proxies.So you are blocking your good traffic. Try using a proxy and doing faucets... it's not easy, they might do it for an hour and will get sick of it quick. Think about it ...you will need a lot of addresses ,change your ip ,do captchas to get into the site and do captchas to get a claim. So you double your work...don't believe me??  Try using TOR and try just twice. And another thing is this,most advertising bots use a proxy so they can't scan your site to submit to search engines.  If a user is using a proxy to scam he or she will still click on your ads if they want. So it might be worth it as well because in the long run he or she will stop doing it and do normal claims and eventually click on  ads.If you block they won't go back to your site even if they have good intentions.  good luck & best regards , Gifted
