Many my friends with newbie brand talk with me that they cannot make a new reply or topic. Anybody can help me explain about that? And if this true, how they can develop their bitcointalk account from newbie to Jr Member?
In my opinion, if you want to limit newbie making so many unqualified post or spamming around bitcointalk forum, let's create a separate area in the forum, the only place where newbie can post and discuss with each other.

To get a promotion, you need to fill the bar with "activation" and get merit from other, more pumped users for good articles.
