if you want still buy bitcoin in coinbase you can use Gdax(coinbase exchanger)
but not all country support can trade in coinbase, much country not support trade in there

Gemini is one of the best sources to buy bitcoin in the US. Coinbase has had a lot of problems lately but I guess you didn't know. There are other places like Coinmamma where you can buy bitcoin with a credit card which works worldwide so USA should be easy too. There is also Cex.io where you can buy with your credit card but you need to have it 3D secure card otherwise it won't work.

Some countries are still not available for buying bitcoins on coinbase.
I've been trying to buy BTC on coinbase for 3 days now, no go.
I've linked 2 bank accounts and 1 credit card ('instant" ) but nothing works
I can enter the amount in, it is below the limit, but the amount doesn't show up next to the payment method in the right margin
