I got an idea! Why doesn't theymos put up a tip jar to garner some bitcoins so that he can upgrade the forum, thus allowing users to upload avatars?

I don't think any amount of tips/donations would get theymos to sort this out any quicker haha.
He could pay someone else to do it. So many forums out there have been hacked in the past, but full functionalities are usually restored in a matter of days
New forum software is apparently coming 'soon' so it probably wouldn't be worth it.
"soon" can be a second, minute, hour, day, week, month, year?
Hence why I said 'apparently' and 'soon'.
