Topic: Why can't I reply to PM's (Read 487 times)
I'm not a newb, I've posted a few times and been here over 13 hours. Someone PM'ed me what seems to be a sensible question but whenever I try to reply I get a message saying I need to wait for 360 seconds before I can post again, even when I haven't posted anything.
If you are a noob and someone is PMing you out of the blue, chances are it's a spam or a scam anyway.
Anyone know the answer to this?
