Why would a person who offers unregulated securities based mostly on ponzis close up shop once the SEC starts investigating related unregulated securities?

It is a mystery!

Oh okay, TLDR Nefario (GLBSE co-owner) claims SEC involvement with GLBSE.

Smart people will hold on, it will come back.   It's not like bitcoin is going anywhere.

As any smart person knows, you buy when the price is decreasing. Anything else is lunacy  Wink

As for the value dropping.   Someone is using the opportunity to crash the market, it seems.   Mix a bit of negative news and FUD with some sizable sell walls and you can push the market down without it costing too much.   Hard to say when it will turn around, but I doubt we have hit bottom.   Smart people will hold on, it will come back.   It's not like bitcoin is going anywhere.
