I'm still puzzled as to how this user found this thread; the last post was in 2020, and we've had hundreds of threads concerning deleted postings in recent times, yet that user chose to annoy us with this one  Grin. Someone is living in the past.
He might dig it up just to tell us that some of his posts were also deleted by the moderators or he didn't find any interesting topics apart from this one.  Cheesy

Nothing really confusing as I see some newbies also doing it frequently in other threads regardless of what the purpose is. But I hope someone can tell me if bumping a thread long enough like what Agbe did is against the rules, and should he also get a warning?

It's not against the rules, but if you're going to bump a long-dead thread, make it worthwhile. What Agbe said had already been said in this thread, so there was nothing new.

Why did you removed my post “ How to set BTC MINING DIFFICULTY - fix diff / custom diff ” without any explanation?
I spent over 3 hours writing that guide and you just deleted because...?!?!?
If something bothered you, you should tell me to edit it, not piss on my work just because you can?
I tought this forum promotes the free  of speach and people sharing info.

It happened to me too, but that was when I was inexperienced in the forum. Most time a thread is deleted Because of low content and topic, off topic and the board the thread was post. Where did you post the thread? Although, all those things I mentioned, would not delete your post permanently. If is low content and low topic, the post will be deleted but you will receive a message and you check your message, you will see the deleted message with date and time, then you click on it to see the content. And if it is off topic and you posted it in another board instead of off topic board, it will be removed from where you posted it to the off topics board, when you go there, you will see your brain child. So you don't have be panicking, annoying, boiling to the moderators, or administrators.

This forum is well organized to lost your article, you have not really find it. Instead of this anger thread, you would have asked questions then experts will guide you what to do. I am not perfect but also learning.

I tought this forum promotes the free  of speach and people sharing info.
There are so many members here who give ideas, knowledge, both about GPU, Bitcoin, wallet and many others and are useful to other members, but never ask for donations for the ideas they give, voluntary sincerity.
Not expecting donations.

Others with you one post about Mining / GPU directly, asking for donations.

Specifically, you are not allowed to give people any incentive to post insubstantial posts in your threads. You can't offer to pay people who post their addresses, usernames, etc. You can do giveaways off-site and link to the giveaway page in a thread, but you can't give people any bonus for replying to your thread.

stupid me cause I tryed to share some knowledge with others. I won’t do it again. Bye!
Sharing knowledge with other forum members is strongly supported and that must be maintained.
if only because your post was deleted and you will not make a post that provides more knowledge, you are too sensitive to respond to this incident.

The moderator has several reasons for deleting the post and if you do not accept the post deleted you can appeal to the global moderator if your writing is very useful.

Don't stop because your posts are deleted, everyone in this forum has experienced the same thing.

stupid me cause I tryed to share some knowledge with others. I won’t do it again. Bye!

I didn't delete it, I'm not a moderator. As Vod suggested, you can pull it from your drafts: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=drafts

Sharing needs to be done on appropriate boards. Don't take it personally - some moderators are more strict than others.

your "work" is not destroyed or lost.
when a post is deleted you always receive an automatic message from "Bitcoin Forum" with the title Deleted Post which contains the content of the deleted post. click the "Reply with quote" button to get all the bbcodes if there were any and copy the contents.
Receiving delete message from the forum, with a quote of deleted post or not, it depends on each case.

- If a deleted post was deleted by its own quality, user will get a message.
- If a deleted post belong to a topic which was deleted entirely by admin/ moderator, user will not receive a message.
If OP did not receive a delete message, he falls into the second case.

Your post were deleted because of two reasons
Firstly, because it's in the wrong section(Mining). It's supposed to be in Beginners And Help Section. The moderator could have moved it but,
Secondly, you asked for donation which must have made the mod deleted it. This forum is against begging of any kind.

You're actually a good poster and I noticed that two of your old posts got merited and I'm sure it's because you got noticed through this post. Keep posting your contents and follow the post guide.

Better suited for Beginner and Help section. Not sure if the info are correct though.

No matter where the post was posted, I think it would still be deleted if OP is begging/asking donations in that way. However, it is a known fact that the Mining board has strict rules, and in many cases when a thread is moved from Beginner and Help to Mining it is mostly deleted.

However, the good news is that the OP post has been saved, it can now be edited and resubmitted.

Which board was this on? Mining? Consider posting it in Beginners & Help as it sounds like an entry-level guide.
I think Halab has shared the reason and that's why it was deleted. If it was an entry level guide, moderator would simply move it to Beginners and Help board. There is no reason of deleting a post if that's the case.

I find your lack of faith in Bitcoin disturbing.

And I would advise you not to write that kind of sentence:

7. No begging. [5]

If your only motivation for writing messages is to receive "donations", you're in the wrong place.

Did you spend three hours typing into an online box with no local backup?   Huh

If you clicked "Save Draft" or "Preview" the forum would have saved a draft.
