Topic: Why do exchangers demand PayPal verification (Read 272 times)
Please note the use of the word exchangers and not exchanges. I've seen a lot of ads for Bitcoin sales using bank transfers. Most of them seem to demand that the 2nd party is PayPal verified. As most of the scammers seem to have several PayPal accounts, this doesn't seem to offer much of an advantrage, and seems to go against the concept of Bitcoin.
