We shall see what X has for their community but to me, they’re going to disappoint the community as usual that many have done in the past.

It just reminded me Catizen. They were fixated their Tokenomic untill the binance listing announcement and also the token distribution mechanism. It leads to get a hefty amount airdrop for only those who invested on the game and those who really spent their time got nothing like me. I been checking these games out lately and one common thing I see in many games is this phrase "Promote TON chain" and for promote it they want us to send them TON and I think that ironic, isn't it? If they want to promote it why would we need to send them money?
At the same time I have found some games that doesn't require any pre payments, Ton Kombat, ZenCoin, Not Pixel, Not Pixel have same team as not coin and Not pixel clearly says right now "How much is PX worth? Nothing so far. Don't get hung up on it and just paint" but they being honest and I don't think they would create dust after the success of Not coin, but that's just my layman's opinion!

But I cant deny that is very sneaky behavior to take this much time from a person and giving basically nothing back, just have a simple pre-sale instead then? But on other hand its also up the the individual to make right decisions in life.

Within this period of the tap to earn projects from telegram app I don't think there has been any other airdrops that has paid considerably well aside Notcoin and Dogs. Surely, if there was then the social media platforms such as X or Instagram would have carried the news about it just as it did with Dogs and Notcoin. I'll appreciate it anyone with reliable information on that could provide it here for our knowledge.

Of course, the reason why people put in much of efforts and perhaps money in participating in these airdrops project is that they would be paid accordingly based on level of efforts and tasks completed but more often we have had the opposite of it when the rewards are airdropped, and that's what some of us like me are just not having hopes and trust on these projects with whatever promises they make until its done.

I half agree with you on this, while it is true that some of these projects may prioritize and take advantage to their own interests, but at the end of the day they are not forcing anyone to participate in their airdrops. It’s a choice to do the tasks and play the games, or even invest inside those games. Personally, I minted X Empire NFTs for around $2 or less in TON Coin, and I already had a 100x return on that investment before the token distribution even happened. So even if the team is looking out for their own interests, that doesn’t mean participants cannot also benefit and take advantages.

Like with trading, there’s always the chance you will win or lose, and it’s the same with these airdrops IMO, some turn out good ans others may not. If people feel these projects arenot trustworthy or worth the time, they can simply stay out and in the end, the project’s team will be the ones to lose their investment in developing the game. But I think that the community plays a big role in making these projects successful, then later blaming them when the airdrop isn’t as expected or seems unfair. It’s always a risk, that you have to study and analyze before making the decision to participate.

A quick update regarding this upcoming mini app bot airdrop Xempire: the team finally announced the TGE and listing that it is coming on October 24th. This announcement has been highly anticipated by the community especially following the launch of the second phase known as the Chill Phase right after the mining first phase, this second one which they said would last no more than two weeks.
I personally have invested a lot of time and money into this project as my last hope for these new hyped airdrops, especially knowing they have received substantial donations, support and in game purchases from players. The least they can do is to deliver us a fair airdrop, similar to what Dogs and Not did.

After the shit airdrop by Hamster Kombat, I am getting a sense that the next big T2E is going in the same path as HK did. Yesterday the owner of this project came up with a weird announcement stating that the tockenomics has to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Wow I was about to create something like this You beat me on this, After the announcement,, I was stunned that they are changing things they've been working on this for several months they should have been ready because they have all the stats and the numbers, are they poor in computation that they have to resort to this.

Take it that this is just another sign that this project would disappoint it's users when listed eventually. Like who does that! They have all the data needed to have things computed smoothly right from day one to now, so what's this excuse and then later placating the users with some sweet promises which we all know it's gonna all end in dust for the majority when listed. Let's wait and see!

Well, as they have mentioned in their latest statements, the first players from first phase are going to receive 70% token of the total supply, because they already took the first snapshot, during the second phase which they call chill phase, while calculating the number of tokens going to be distributed for first phase, at the same time it’s a chance for the new players also old ones to boost more their gains. However, the second phase will only receive a 25% of the supply.
From their statements every they have done so far is going on community side, although the price will be the important factor here. Hopefully they will not fail us just like Hamster Kombat did.

seems like they just want to inflate metric, previous formula has failed to attract new userbase so their userbase rather stagnating.

That's true. Those that have became successful have airdropped a lot of money to its community. But the next one like this could do something worse than the past that have became a hit. I'm done with them at least for now and won't do that much efforts tapping anymore. I'm okay with the distribution that I have received and just proven that those projects like dogs have been so good but their next move is going to be unknown. The next projects that will copy the path of the successful ones are likely copycats and there's nothing new anymore to them. The much worse thing that they can do is to ask their participants money through making a rule about doing a transaction with an specific amount to become eligible and this has happened already. So, the appetite and craze that has been with the T2E didn't expect to be slowly gone this too soon.

I was about to create a topic, but then I thought someone might have already opened one before me just to find the same analysis and thought as me here. Honestly, I was supportive and optimistic about these airdrops initially when they started with NOT and Dogs. But, after seeing Hamster Kombat and others, I began to notice the same patterns as previous ICO projects which is what seems to be happening lately with these mini apps on Telegram.

I played a lot in X Empire, reached a good level, and even minted their NFTs. However, when they started asking for donations and imposing high transaction fees, I felt something was very off. Despite all the warning signs we have now, I still have a bit of faith. Let’s keep an eye on this as I believe their TGE is happening in two weeks from now.
Moreover, what price do you think it will reach on the day of listing? Will it be less than or more than $0.0005?

Hamster kombat and Catizen is a major culprit and alot of players were disappointed in their token distribution and listing price they were surprised with the number of participants they have and so they had to change things in order to be able to pay participants and by doing so they failed a lot of people in thee process. They have lost a lot of participants already and it’s is just a matter of time before people stop participating in these tap to earn airdrops.

The new trend all these airdrops is they are using each others bits to share some points; and almost all the new tap to earn or play to earn projects are demanding for ton transactions to be eligible for the airdrop which is very bad in my opinion, it will limit people from participating in their airdrops because some of them will not even pay up to the amount of money they charge you for the transaction fee. Therefore, participating in such play tonean projects is wast of time in my opinion.

I think the computation is already final and they are adding additonal token by doing a chill phase that will last for two weeks

I also believe that they should not have done a restart; the users have already done months of working, instead of adding more weeks in a so called chillphase, they should have extended if they want to add more tokens.
By doing a restart, people are asking, Are they going to pay another 0.5 Ton? That would be too much if they are going to do that.
