Well, looks like I know the reason why some of your posts has been deleted. I've checked all of your posts and 17/32 of your posts are made in Megathreads. Do you know what Megathread is? It is a thread created long ago and now flooded with spam posts like replies that has been posted hundred times. And it seems like you love posting to these threads and enjoying a spamming party with other spammers.

Well that's the reason why some of your posts are deleted. It is because they are spam posts.

I am not spamming and I'm not posting frivolous comments.
I'm sorry but I don't believe you. What I've seen to your post history proves that you do...
Next time, use the search function here on the forum and you'll come to a conclusion without ever needing to open a new thread.

If you dont want your post to be deleted, here's three(s) way.

-Ignore non-sense post or dont reply
-Dont post out of topic or dont create non-sense threads
-Dont make a redundant threads or replies.
This is a very good suggestion. This should not be deleted.

It is one thing for bitcointalk to add criteria for building your profile. It is quite another for your posts to disappear over time. Are the admins deleting some of my posts? If so, why? I am not spamming and I'm not posting frivolous comments.

Here are some possible reasons:

1) The thread were you made reply was deleted. It happens in case you are posting reply to a thread on repetitive topic.

2) Only Your posts were deleted. Sometimes you will get notification for this. This can be because of making irrelevant or off topic posts.

Solution is to avoid posting on useless threads especially they are quite new.

You've posted in a few unsubstantial threads that have been trashed (some have been posted numerous times as well). And as Welsh already stated you've posted a few times in Serious Discussion which also don't count.
I would add that these are otherwise known as spam megathreads, which are usually in Bitcoin Discussion, Economics, and Altcoin Discussion.  If the threads you're posting in have titles that are idiotic questions like "Bitcoin vs. Altcoin", "Trading or investing" or some such, and they run over 50 pages (an arbitrary number picked by myself), those posts are most likely, eventually, going to get deleted--and you won't get any notification about it.  The sections I mentioned are breeding grounds for spammers and people farming accounts, and I'd say 90% of threads there are either actual or potential spam megathreads.  If you're so concerned about posts being deleted, don't post there.  Be more selective about where you're posting, and definitely watch the quality of what you're writing.

If all of that fails, just suck it up and get over it.  I just had a few posts deleted by mods, and you don't hear me bitching about it.  That's part of life on bitcointalk.

If you aren't getting a message specifically telling you your post was deleted by a moderator then the thread in which you are posting in has been removed; Likely because it's a spamming ground for account farmers and campaign participates.

Also, another reason why your posts might not be updating is because, you have posted in Serious Discussion which doesn't contribute to post count.

Next time, use the search function here on the forum and you'll come to a conclusion without ever needing to open a new thread.
