Non-standard TX can only be mined on the Eligius pool and Eligius pool does not accept no-fee TX, period. Please always attach the proper transaction fees.

I'm not really sure what you wanted to say in this topic, but somehow you are right, people should pay fees, just to make sure they get what they want on time.
I have seen TX of 10000$ without paying 5cents fee. Stupid as it can be.
