There are some specific reasons whose are responsible for this issue. Firstly, I want to say about the unfamiliar and rumour about Bitcoin, I believe that most of the Government official don't know about this system. so lacking knowledge is one of the major barriers of this point. Secondly, Government official thinks that Bitcoin is using for the purpose of money laundering but they don't have any clear information about Bitcoin. and Finally, I think government considers Bitcoin as a threat to a banking system.

I See topics about banning and I want to ask.

Is botcoin really that bad? To banned by other countries?
Do the other government in other countries see something bad?
Can bitcoin be used to locate us?and see what we are doing? In short a Spyware.

Maybe because of their economic growth they are worrying to loss some investors because they are moving to bitcoin and because of money laundering
Well I think there can a lot of reasons behind this first thing is they want to use their people to work for them for tax return because tax is very important for the economy of any government and I think they consider this money is a black money for them and may be they thing this money can be used for terrorism or for such other bad things but I this this all don’t n make sense for how is it possible because every country have a strong intelligent and they can monitor very thing.

The only country that I know that banned bitcoin is China.  As for the rason, we do not know but maybe it is jusy protecting its economy.  Or maybe they will launch their own version of digital currency.  Or maybe they see that if bitcoin will continue its reign in their country, sime services offered by them will be dead or no longer patronize by its people.

Certain government ban of bitcoin is to protect their fragile economy. However, this is certainly a temporary thing. As knowledge grows their attitude will change.

The government banned bitcoin because according to economic studies will be dangerous if the decentralization system implemented in the country. of course the government should be able to control all the financial system so that if it is necessary then it can do intervention. bitcoin can not be controlled by the government because it is decentralized and used globally.

My only humble opinion about this topic is that the usage of cryptocurrency is disclosing all transactions, which is not the most desirble thing for corruption goverments.

Some governments ban bitcoin because they are afraid of its popularity and they think bitcoin can destroy their banking sector & it can increase money laundering cases as well. On the other hand, they also know that it is easy to use by criminals too. Considering this, they are hesitating to legalize in their countries.

For the government maybe bitcoin is not good and not beneficial. Maybe they think that bitcoin is the virtual currency that will ruin the economy.

I think the only main reason why some governments ban bitcoins on their respective country is that they're only protecting their own national currency and they're only concerned about some money-laundering stuffs. And yes, bitcoin transactions are fully traceable via your own payment methods.

Bitcoins comes with both pros and cons and unfortunately the pros and cons of bitcoins are for the same reason . Governments are not ready to accept bitcoins for the mere reasons that bitcoins are decentralized , highly volatile and have indulged in many cyber crimes lately . That is why still many governments are scared to legalized bitcoins as it can also turn out to be a threat for their currency .

The government of some countries prohibits the use of Bitcoin because it is outside the control of the central bank. Bitcoin is independent, the government of any country can not control it. So some countries do not like it. Again many governments think that their country will be transmitting money through Bitcoin, Bitcoin risk for them. Because of these reasons Bitcoin is banned in many countries.

Because bitcoin is decentralized and a very secured system of cryptocurrency, it creates a loophole in the government system. There are many reasons why gov. ban bitcoin. The top 1/ the main reason is TAX. Having people work everyday and getting paid, if bitcoin influence all of this people to work for cryptos, it is hard to charge tax unto them. Other reason is illegal trades. Illegal trades involving bitcoin is really a real thing that happens everytime (even right now). With bitcoin as the payment, government will have a really hard time trying how to locate these trades and tracing the culprits involved. There are more reasons and most of them is because most countries are developing countries which means that they are yet to be stable to be introduced to a new currency system.

I don't think that people will be able to use bitcoin in the future for bad purpose Because the main reason behind this is that world is going toward the the digitisation and everything is going toward the end to end clear transaction without going cash , so here we understand well that how the people will use bitcoin properly without going through cash transaction .
SO the countries which are digital much they are allowed the bitcoin use but those which are not going with online payment system much are thinking that it is not better for the economic system because people will use Money for that online data which will not pay tax for the country and same like another things are part of the bitcoin hate system .
But I didn't think  that in the future there will be anything like bitcoin ban , Because everything will be online and there will be no chance of scam or bad purpose use of bitcoin in anyway .

if bitcoin is legalized and more famous and widely used the government will not be able to control the finances of the their people, imagine there is no entrance tax because all public finances become invisible because it is anonymous, of course the government will bankrut for not having enough income, therefore the government is very afraid of a decentralized and anonymous financial system like bitcoin,,

Bitcoin is not 'bad'. Would you say that money is bad? So why not ban all the money in the world? No? It is the person using it that is bad. If someone abuses the anonymity of bitcoin, that what would be the government would see as 'bad'. Online transactions with illegal drugs and weapons would be the greatest fear of the government in relation to bitcoin. So some of them banned it. Well it is not our fault that their country has those kind of citizens.
