Perhaps this is an attempt to spread its currency among the population in such a way, after which to increase its value!

Given that this coin has originated from Japan and Japanese would want their own currency to succeed, They would make their coin look cheaper in order to be a sellout in the market. This could be the major reason given it is believed that the maker of bitcoin himself in from Japan.

I think this coin represents the Japan and so the Japanese want to promote their coins. They are trying to come to the market with their own currency. But this coin is not getting good response and I think they should do something new or they can invest in the bitcoin.

this is an initiative taken by the Japanese to enter the market with their own currency. since they are new, they are trying to find ways to make or generate or to somehow create a buzz in the market and to get the investors' attention in order to be able to make the coin a hit.
What you are saying makes sense. Japanese people attract investors in their own way. Their enthusiasm for cryptocurrency is different from most arbitrageurs. Their enthusiasm stems from a belief.

In Japan, presales and ICOs are supposed to be legal.

Since NANJ, VIPS succeeded in putting a value with the security of the lowest price 1 satomi and the power of the community, coins without contents were mass-produced.

And it is a gamblers' playground less than investors.

As Alto Coin, which has many neat projects, puts low value, many Japanese are trying to make the virtual currency useless with the lowest price gambling.

I think that the act of worthless coins on listing on 1 satoi is bad in the future.
Is there a way to stop it?
