Result: .- Deletion of my wallet from the data concerning the non-transmission of the respective payment, object of my request for help.
.- Removal also of all payments increasing the network commission.
"In the end my balance is correct".

A little bit of history.
In my Bitcoin wallet app I received from a paper wallet a fraction of BTC, generating the already commented address (in which there is no transaction).
Fortunately I keep the paper wallet in which the balance remains unchanged.
That is great news... sounds like it has all worked out Smiley That was a very good idea keeping the paper wallet!

Hello HCP, thank you again for your interest and answers.

In my Bitcoin wallet app I have made the changes recommended by you, as well:
.- I already had a backup securing my wallet.
.- I did not dare to perform a reset of the block Chain for lack of guidance and support in this regard. Thanks to your support and suggestion I have determined to do it.

Result: .- Deletion of my wallet from the data concerning the non-transmission of the respective payment, object of my request for help.

My wallet is indeed a bitcoin-core but not the concept that you have fixed on it, for your clarity mine is a "Bitcoin-core wallet app" as I mentioned from the beginning.
No, it doesn't look like your image. Mine looks completely different.
I downloaded it from "https://bitcoin.org" ... wallet ... mobile
This image is exactly the wallet from which I have been asking for help;
it is simply a Bitcoin-core wallet app that works on smartphone with android operating system.
Then you do NOT have a "Bitcoin Core" wallet... "Bitcoin Core" refers specifically to ONE wallet... it is a full node client and it does NOT run on mobile phones.

What you have downloaded is a mobile wallet application for your phone, created by an independent application developer and most likely has no relationship with the "Bitcoin Core" project... Available here: https://bitcoin.org/en/wallets/mobile/android/bitcoinwallet/

This particular wallet is also known as "Bitcoin Wallet for Android": https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.schildbach.wallet

Edit: note that you can always import your bitcoin wallet seed (a list of 12 words you're given when you install the app) to another bitcoin wallet so you don't have to use that particular one.
That won't work with Bitcoin Wallet for Android... it uses (encrypted) wallet file back-ups... not 12 word seed mnemonics. However, if you have the encrypted backup file and know the encryption password, there are scripts which will decrypt the wallet file and show you the seed mnemonic contained in it.

Does it look like this?

If not, can you take a screenshot of what your wallet looks like and upload it on an image hosting site so we can know exactly what wallet you're using?

Fortunately bitcoin-core wallet app has an excellent alternative to do it and is "Convert Paper Portfolio", as simple as receiving but in essence different.
I'm beginning to think you are not actually using "Bitcoin Core", because "Bitcoin Core" does not have any "Convert Paper Portfolio" function!!?! Huh

Does your wallet look anything like this:

Or does it look different? Where did you download this wallet from?

Are you able to take a screenshot and post it to an image hosting service (like imgur etc)? That message is not one that I'm familiar with Bitcoin Core displaying...

Did you attempt to sweep some coins from a Paper Wallet into your Bitcoin Core wallet? If so, how did you try and sweep the paper wallet? Did you try and use the "Receive" tab? Huh

Hi, thanks for answering.
This address is the one that assigns me bitcoin core app to the payment received from a paper wallet.
The message is : This payment has not yet been transmitted.

That address shows as having received no coins on all the block explorers... is that address you were attempting to send coins to from Bitcoin Core? Or is that your address in Bitcoin Core that supposedly contains coins? Huh

From the 18th of March to the date Bitcoin-core Wallet app retains my satoshis with the
message "this payment has not yet been transmitted";
This message sounds like you've attempted to create a transaction, but it was refused by the network... so it technically hasn't been broadcast yet and it doesn't exist on any nodes.

If you right click on the transaction in Bitcoin Core, and select "Show Transaction Details"... what does the "Status" line say?

Can you share the TX id? Judging by your story, it looks like you have sent some BTC and then use replace by fee to increase your transaction fees. It is weird if your tx is not yet confirmed if that really happened.

Thank you very much for answering and clarifying the semantic error that induces me to understand more the subtle details. Bitcoin-core wallett app induces me to increase the network quota for a previous payment in magnitudes of -0.00028725 ; so no more; I in my ignorance interpret that all BTC fractions are represented and are equivalent to satoshi. I had seen badly the true equivalence by its subtle fraction. Thanks again, but I still can't enjoy my BTC fractions, some new help, please.

By the way, there is a huge difference between 0.000288 satoshis and 0.000288 BTC.
A little bit of math just because this is a funny (and huge) mistake.

1 satoshi = 0.00000001 BTC.

Thus, 0.000288 satoshis = 0.00000000000288 BTC (100million times smaller).

If you encounter a similar problem in the future, try signing a transaction and broadcasting it manually through services offered by block explorers. Most nodes don't relay transactions with a fee lower than 1 sat/b but that's not the case here. It seems to be a connection issue rather than too low fee.

By the way, there is a huge difference between 0.000288 satoshis and 0.000288 BTC.

Why doesn't Bitcoin-core Wallet app transmit payment?

Bitcoin-core Wallet app no delivery transaction

From the 18th of March to the date Bitcoin-core Wallet app retains my satoshis with the
message "this payment has not yet been transmitted"; they invite you to make payment
increases in the network fee in the order of 0.000288 satoshis, increments that
I have paid 2 on the 18th and 2 plus on the 19th for a total payment increase to the
network fee of 0.001152 satoshis, more than generous amount to call the attention of
the miners (these increments do not record any address). The address generated by
Bitcoin-core Wallet app after receiving, and consulted in explorers as blockchain records
that "There are no transactions for this address". As additional data Bitcoin-core Wallet app
received satoshis from paper wallet. As you can see it has taken more than prudential time
to get any results. I don't know what may be happening in the menpool, I don't know who may
be responsible for this delay, I don't know who to complain to, I only have the community
interested in Bitcoin continuing to be decentralized.  For this reason if someone can
respond by clarifying what is happening with this deficient delay will be very welcome.
In short, use Bitcoin-core wallet app to receive a paper wallet, receipt accepted and
generating new address, invite to increase the action network commission that is made several
times, to date impossible to use the satoshis. Again community interested and knowledgeable
to respond, thank you very much.
