As insane as Trump is and as powerful as he now is, even he would have a hard time putting Hillary in prison.  A president can't just do that--she would be entitled to a trial, and it isn't likely that any charges would stick.  She could afford the best lawyer in the world, not to mention her political connections would make it hard to get a conviction.

Last time I checked, Trump was president of the USA and not Hillary clinton. The white house is still subject to a serious ongoing investigation by a special counsel (triggered by the behaviour of the president himself!), with already 19 convictions, several guilty pleads etc. Also, we are seeing now evidence his lawyer and possible son in law and himself were involved in very corrupt dealings (selling access to large companies in exchange for money and influence), possible obstruction of justice, possible financial fraud/campaign finance violation).

And let's not forget the current president is a pathological liar (he has already made more than 3000 so far, and the number is increasing each day).

I don't believe that there is any law that allows the imprisonment of any official if he/she uses his private email for state business. But if there is indeed a law then she should be prosecuted without any exception.
