Because "Newbie" rank is not quite eligible to do some advertisement and they feel like they dont have any knowledge about crypto as well as in the forum, it's just Newbies are those people whose legibility is lower than a higher rank. It is also to avoid spamming and shitposting, nowadays lots of people here are thread bumbers to rank up and get some money. (FARMERS)

There are some technical reasons, such as newbies signature space is limited, etc. The more important reason is that generally, newbies come here without much prior knowledge about Bitcoin, altcoins, or anything else related to the cryptocurrency industry. For that reason, you wouldn't be able to contribute meaningfully to any discussions here. Since it's meaningful comments that actually cause people to notice the signature in the first place, naturally, that's what people running those campaigns want.

So, the best way to become qualified to participate in a signature campaign is the same best way to generally become more knowledgeable in this industry. Treat your time on this forum as an opportunity to learn all you can, to meet and network with other crypto-enthusiasts, and you will find that knowledge and the connections you make to be far more valuable than anything you can earn in a random signature campaign.

When you do reach a member rank that would allow you to participate in a signature campaign, be very careful. Do your due diligence about the project and make sure it's one that you want to associate your forum ID and reputation with. As your participation here grows, your account value also grows, and your biggest asset will be your forum ID, so treat it like the valuable asset it is. Don't ruin your reputation by spamming this forum before you even realize what you are doing.

In addition to this statement, if you are really a newbie without prior knowledge of cryptocurrencies, it's best to avoid any campaign whatsoever. You need to be able to differentiate which one is a legit, soft scam, and hard scam campaign in order to protect yourself.

I've been studying cryptocurrency for about a year, but still, this is the wildest area of study in my lifetime. And also if your sole motivation of being here is just for bounty campaign, you won't be able to level-up your account (except a linked account of course).

considering how many accounts people theoretically could use to spam-create accounts as "Newbie" and get bounty-rewards for signature, it's a good solution.
you need ~5 weeks to get 30 activity points, then you become a jr. member!
Many Bitcoin signature campaigns have refrained from letting even jr members to join their campaigns because now their signature space does not have the ability to display links, so they are not preferred much for advertising purposes.

:-XIt should take just over four weeks to graduate from newbie to jr member, another four weeks to make member, and another eight weeks on top of that to make Full Member. As you can see it is a slow process.

Media campaign is open for newbies like us...try Facebook and Twitter as starter... since posting using this media is easy as I see some post on some bounty thread.

Newbie signature field is limited that is why most campaign accept higher rank. There is a reason why newbie won't be able to join most campaign. If most campaign accept newbie then lots of people would create more account to join campaigns thaf will flood the bitcointalk forum with spam post(that won't be good). My point is to avoid spams from newbie joining campaigns.

There is not allowed to wear signature newbies in this forum. That's why newbies cannot participate signature bounties. But you can participate some other social media, translation etc bounties.

Do you see any reasons why signature campaigns would need to accept Newbies? There are few main reasons why they aren't accept Newbies:
It wouldn't be beneficial for advertisers. Newbies are allowed to have only very basic signatures without styling, links and only up to 50 characters. Such advertisement wouldn't be visible well, so there are no point to hire Newbies.
Limited knowledge. Newbies usually don't have solid knowledge about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. It's likely that they will spam or make low quality posts and it would only give bad image to company.
Abuse. If signature campaigns would accept Newbies, what would stop users from making 10, 20 or 50 bitcointalk accounts and join campaign with all these accounts. And now when campaigns accept Jr. Members, it's easy to cheat these campaigns. It tooks only 1 month to reach Jr. Member rank, you don't need any Merit, so, many people make unlimited number of Bitcointalk accounts and then they join bounties with these accounts.
Thanks for this post, as a newbie these is also my question to myself, why newbie like me cannot join bounty or campaign. And I agree as a newbie I need a lot of experience and understanding regarding this forum to become beneficial, helpful and useful to others.

Why are Newbies not allowed to join bounties/bitcoin forum campaign?

As mentioned above, people would simply create dozens of accounts (like before ht merit/activity requirements took effect). Plus the chance is slightly higher hat people with a higher account also are more concerned with what they post. While this also might be a bit wishful thinking, the chance of a sloppy typo such as the one in your thread topic "why don't Neabie participate in signture campaign" is less likely with higher ranking accounts. And since signature campaigns are ads, the quality matters  Cheesy

Why are Newbies not allowed to join bounties/bitcoin forum campaign?
It depends cause there were some camapigns some time ago for newbies too, but campaigns are don't want to hire people with this rank cause only of your status, you could have knowledge but you need to pump your acc to join some.

Why are Newbies not allowed to join bounties/bitcoin forum campaign?
They (including you) are quite restricted when it comes to what they can have on their signature spaces:

- Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 50 characters.
