It's not just one manufacturing plant. We'll build everywhere around the world. Why so negative? There are solutions to problems right?

Bitmain ahead? So what if they are? We can still catch up right? It's not about the competition. It's about the mass adaptation.

We should be more focused on this, the main point is to create solutions to problems. Everything is possible right?
If you can able to handle and build this stuff then why not? It would really make lots of jobs knowing that there are lots of position needed on this kind of project but the big thing here is that i cant see that people or investors would still able to hassle theirselves on creating a new one since there is already a supplier and why would create another one??If you do really like to compete with them then for sure it would be a tough thing and if you do concern on making one just for the sake of adoption then its a good motive too but would takes time and would really need lots of effort.

The revolution will be monetized!
That is what an ASIC chip is.

I dont think it will work. So this is a cloud mining site? All of cloud mining sites are scams. Stay away from it as many people do not believe anymore from cloud based mining.
So an idea hit me.

Why don't we create our own decentralized manufacturing plant?
Like seriously, it's possible and doable.

We just need to collaborate and make it happen.

Obviously, we'll be needing a good team of engineers, programmers, designers, a lot of those who do campaigns in here etc.
The idea excites me so much. Imagine how many jobs this project would create?

So what's the plan?

> Form the team
> Develop the website
> Develop a plan for the specs of the miners
> Generate enough funds to build the first manufacturing plant that everybody owns via an ICO.
> Build the manufacturing plant
> Manufacture the miners
> Sell and test the miners
> ICO again to make more miners
> More miners, cheaper price
> More miners, Bitcoin goes high

What you guys think?

Now we're talking.

That we'll be planning.

"People are birds unable to fly."
Well... I do agree with other poster.

But still I would like to be a part if you insists. From where we can start? We can start from brainstorming. Let's start with a rough budget...

1. Resources to built the plant??? Exactly what expertise we need and in which numbers???

Some scam ICOs have raised enough money to kickstart this project.

One has raised 12.8M USD with a crappy website and a promise of an altcoin data center.

We should be more positive about this.

I'll tell you why you do not do this. I'm a physicist engineer and all my life I was involved in the semiconductor industry. It is easy to say we build a plant and we make mining equipment. It is more diffficult to do it.
To built the plant you have to hire construction engineers. These electronics plants have very difficult specifications. Not many construction engineers know to do it. Then you have to hire some electronics engineers and physicist engineers to design and make your mining equipment. In the entire world there are not 1000 poeple that know to build this equipment. Do you have sufficient money to hire them?
This is why you cannot do this.

How is this a decentralized manufacturing plant if it's located in one place controlled by few for-profit entities?
How is this different from any other mining farms?

If you're talking about the manufacturing of custom ASICs, forget it, you're years behind Bitmain and others in terms of R&D.
It's like attempting to enter the desktop CPU market.
