Still not on coinamrketcaps.. bytheway I still will not use etherdelta.. its not so userfriendly as binance
I still able to access etherdelta.com using firefox quantum, not sure if trading is working but orders is appear there like normal, charting also working, but looks like the last filled orders is few days ago on most pairs.

Since Etherdelta seems to the frequently offline, I think that is the primary reason why it is currently listed as inactive. Also, recently there has been numerous reports of Etherdelta's API not working properly.
The Etherdelta coin isn't listed also, because it is only traded on etherdelta at the moment and that is not listed.
The site itself seem to be accessible once again. Not sure what's going on.
It looks like Etherdelta will be replaced with Forkdelta.
I now use Forkdelta more often.

He means etherdelta appearing in the markets of any coin which are being traded on etherdelta. Now coinmarketcap removed ED from the market list.
I'm not sure if you mean etherdelta the exchange or etherdelta's token (why that needed to be a thing I dont think I will ever be able to understand).
My understanding is that CMC will list tokens when their daily volume gets above 10K or something like that.
As for etherdelta the exchange not being listed in the markets section of any token, its because its pretty much dead (at least for the time being).
You may have noticed that around a week ago the volume became 0 and the orderbook stopped updating. Now there is forkdelta which is a fork of etherdelta's front end and uses their api and contract (so anything you had in etherdelta should be seen on forkdelta).
The etherdelta team have been pretty weird with their twitter posts recently and no word concerning resuming operations has been posted.
