Lykke will one day be the largest decentralized exchange in the world and its value will surely be over 100,000 satoshi, about x15 now.

Lykke is centralized

Lykke is centralized, the lykke-exchange is decentralized
Lykke exchange is another centralized exchange site, Can you tell me the proof if that makes me believe that the lykke exchange is the decentralized exchange site? they even run in a single site.
It was different with the decentralized exchange site such as metamask and waves dex.

Straight from the lykke website, this clears up any confusion about the centralised /decentralised aspect:
"Lykke is a semi-centralized exchange, which means that the exchange does not take possession of the traded coins, but needs to be trusted to match trades correctly. Lykke has a centralized matching engine and decentralized coin settlement. Matched trades are settled on the Blockchain in an atomic way. Each atomic transaction must be signed by both parties as well as the exchange."

So that's decentralised enough for me. They dont even posess your coins... I heard that if someone was to hack Lykke, there wouldn't be anything there to steal...

I actually liked the idea of profiting by usage volume and ads. Hope that someday not far from the world will know LKK, just like knowing ETH and BTC

"Lykke is building a secure global marketplace for the exchange of all financial assets. Founded by Richard Olsen of OANDA.com, and encouraging participation from all users, the Lykke Exchange intends to level the financial playing field through direct ownership of assets and immediate settlement of trades."

Saw this little snippet of text in a Lykke article today, thought it summed things up quite nicely.

And remember there no fees! Jeez, wake up people... this project is epic

It's a bit shocking when you look at some of the rubbish that is quite high on the coin cap list and then look at how professional and serious Lykke is. I predict Lykke will easily be in the top 10 cryptos when people wake up to it. It's my pick of the lot.

And Bitcoin is going to be much bigger than USD, but when exactly no one knows, there are dozens of like it out there and they all supposed to pay

Some dividends but when it comes to technicality and the details you'll realize that all of them are using the same pump and dump strategies all over

The markets. and since it's ICO token launched based on future promises just doesn't cut it for me mate sorry.

You clearly did not read into lykke.
Pumping and dumping the stock of your company, while trying to get regulated in the states and many more countries.
Yeah great points.
this is already a BIG company , and they only gonna grow (not pump).they are way ahead of any competitors,  just look at all the releases and partnerships.
Anyway i'm a long term holder, and will be for many years to come

It could be good to buy some shares from their company in terms of tokens. I actually liked the idea of profiting by usage volume and ads. But problem is that they should be developing their platform quickly and obviously better than others.

I think there is a lot going on behind the scenes. There is a lot of regulations to adhere to, and they are doing a real proper job of that. I think that this kind of unseen progress actually means they are way ahead of any competition. Then, when all the final stages are implemented and it all comes together visially for the customer, it's going to be obvious that this is a giant.

So Lykke isn't a currency, it's an exchange? I'm also curious about these clever and innovative ways they make money. I mean obviously no fees are great but has to be a catch somewhere.

Yea it's an exchange you can buy shares in. The shares (LKK) are traidable like any other crypto. They will be paying dividends to share holders in the future.

There is no catch to the no fees thing. As far as i know (but im not 100% sure) i think they make money from closing the gap between markets, thus balancing them out. There is a lot of money to be made that way when you think about it. Maybe this is what they term as 'market making'.

Incredibly, Lykke is not that well known yet, but that is going to change in the near future, im sure. It's a decentralised exchange that you can buy shares in (LKK). With some research you'll see that this is a VERY professional and serious project with massive ambition and unthinkable potential.

They have a working exchange and app, but are still developing all the time. So far they have concentrated on foreign exchange and a hand full of cryptos.

You can pretty much trade any asset for any other asset; market combinations are vast, they have been petty clever with making this possible. They aim to have a complete spectrum of assets to trade, not just FX and cryptos. FX, shares, bonds, cryptos, and other digital assets; all on the blockchain...

There are actually no fees!, they make their money in some other clever and innovtive ways. Imagine when foreign exchange traders (and any other traders for that matter) gets wind of this exchange/ project. It's going to be bigger than poloniex or anything potentially even the NYSE, sounds crazy i know...

They have great team headded by Richard Olsen, a seasoned entrepreneur. Last time i heard, they have over 80 employees working at Lykke.

They are taking their time to do everything 'by the book' and jump through all the regulatory 'hoops'.

The decentralised aspect of their exchange makes it a place i trust more than any other to have my coins/ assets.

Stuff coming up on their 'near term' road map is:
-Lykke card
-Web-based trading (rather than just their current app)
- Addition of a load of cryptos
-Connecting with Coinigy exchange
-Regulation in the US
full road map can be seen here on Trello: https://trello.com/b/IV0PH2gs/lykke-roadmap

There is lots more to talk about but that gives you a taste...

I dont work for Lykke, just an investor.
