Why I can't create a topic? | Bitcointalksearch.org

When I tried to create a topic on the Altcoin discussion board it keeps loading but later I found that the topic was created but there is no description which I wrote about the topic,no post button or report to moderator or anything even their is no quote button so no one can reply too, so is there a bug?

unfortunately it created multiple times too so I locked all of them.Mod please move them to trashcan and help me to create a thread there.
