When I first came into the forum I easily get criticized by my actions, though I still get some sticks now but on a less note, but I have learned.
That was actually your problem and I'm glad you took proper corrections on time,  in resolving and coordinating yourself - you've learnt alot and not just learning, you've allowed what you learnt in here to disassemble you and prone you on the right path of thinking rather ethically rather than critically...

My advice to my fellow newbies is learn to listen more than talking, so that you can learn something new.
your advice to other newbie's shouldn't be telling them not to talk.. AFAIK, everyone's got the right to do so... Just learn to do it at the right time, on the right topic, and with the right tenses.
All the same, you did well.

When I first came into the forum I easily get criticized by my actions, though I still get some sticks now but on a less note, but I have learned.

I have observed that as a newbie it is more important to learn by reading people post and comment than engaging in it, and for the few months I have been here I have really find it beneficial to me as a person in terms of knowledge about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency at large.
My advice to my fellow newbies is learn to listen more than talking, so that you can learn something new.
Good for you, everyone in the beginning here have been criticized, although it is very constructive for sure so that you will improved. The thing is that there are sensitive members who joined this community and then when they are criticized they take it negatively.

So just enjoy your stay here, this is a community so you can go around and see what topics interest you and then developed yourself. You can even study how others, specially respected members reply so that you can get something from them. So best of luck to you, it seems that you are going to rank up to Member as well.

Well reading without engaging in what you are reading has worked for you in your own opinion well that's great for you but you ought to know something everyone is different what works for you may not work for another.
There are some who If they don't engage by asking questions they won't understand it so definitely it's wise they join in no matter how low their questions may be it could really be helpful for them.
You can't avoid criticism and if you are doing things right don't run from it rather you learn from it.

That of the clateria  of being a newbie you are meant to learn first before writing or making any post you know as a student you only ask questions about what you have learned or know.
But sometimes most users are newbie because of being new in the forum but have much knowledge compares to that of legends here.

just as @Doan9269 said you being criticized then doesn't mean they hate you I think was actually your actions that got them that mood at that moment. And I won't blame them I know haven't spend much time in this forum but have seen some newbies post trust me it wasn't encouraging at all.
That why as newbie let's mind our actions. And should be cautious of what we say.

Do you actually call that batching on you, maybe you feel like you're not been liked by many because of whom you're, but is wasn't so, they are rather correcting the mistakes and errors you made, the batching isn't directly on you but the wrong you might have done, so I don't want you to make it feels offensive on you how you were being corrected for doing wrong, we are here to learn and grow altogether.

I have observed that as a newbie it is more important to learn by reading people post and comment than engaging in it, and for the few months I have been here I have really find it beneficial to me as a person in terms of knowledge about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency at large.

There's no how an empty vessel will be able to unleashed a content it doesn't have anything on, when you're a newbie, you will take time to learn before engaging on postings or creating threads, this will help alot because you would have been positioned through your learning periods how to make a quality post, when you learn first, making post will be easy to do, you learn about bitcoin and also the forum altogether.

You know, the only thing constant in life is change. For you to grow in the forum and outside the forum, you must have That character of learning and taking things serious and upgrading from previous experience to new experience, for you to grow. Learning never end. so in anywhere you find yourself you must develop the habit of consistency and alway ask question in other to gain more knowledge and also talking advice seriously and working on them. Just like the Name implies newbies meaning a fresher who knows nothing, so before you could reach a Jr member, member, full member and senior member, hero and legendary signifies your efforts and level of understanding. So before you become a full member you must have known alot about the forum.

So we are in thesame shoes. as time goes on we will surely achieve our goals. Leaning never end but always increases our level of understanding.
