Every nation do have a government that runs the whole society. Thus, we can say that a society won't work if there's no government. Regardless of how good or bad a government is, it still runs a society. Furthermore, a government will not work if there's no people behind it, and that where politician role takes place. We might don't like some politician running oyr government but still they are the ones who makes it function.

In every sector there's a need for leadership and enforcement of laws so applies to a country and to the world. Allowing things to happen without check and laws is dangerous. We need them to fix things in order, direct the masses and fight for their rights and freedom...

They only problem is that the laws are made by the banks and their corrupt agents to protect their wealth. The laws we have to follow today simply robs us and makes all options such as not taxing to a military industry, illegal. The system we support today, is not ruled by politics, but by money, it is an illusion that we live in democracy, and that illusion is protected by laws, lawyers, police and military, all brainwashed to follow the agenda of the rich and greedy.

I actually think that the laws and order you mention is here to rob our freedom and judge us to modern wage slavery, humans will commit the same crime no matter the consequences. We need a society where caring and cooperation is noble, no competing, individualism and greed. Only in such a society will there be order, without laws. The order will stem from better knowing and moral, no one can force anything upon us, no laws or order or democracy. The nature of our society and human nature will still prevail every time and use the system for their own greed and good.

It is time to stop giving tax money to banks so they can wage war against humanity. Stop allowing the weapon industry to be subsidized with tax money to generate bigger bombs, or prisons or gun control. Every bullet fired no matter the reasons is a crime against humanity, no dam laws will ever change that fact neither will they prevent violence.

Peace!

Politicians allow for a democratic republic, that is, the people elect representatives who in turn vote on various measures. Without politicians, we would have a direct democracy, which is very close to mob rule.

I totally concur with this stand. I know how livid people are with anger for politicians. In fact, I always felt and sometimes still feel this way too. But we need to just understand what the problem really is. Losing faith in and combating the whole system won't change things. At least not for the better. Our focus should be on revamping the political system. Imagine if the right people who actually have the people's interests at heart occupy these political positions, how much good could be achieved! Yeah, that's where the focus should be!

The primary function of a politician is the be reelected, and this is regardless of the effect his actions have on the country or its population. We don't need these people. What we need are people who believe in a country and its population, and will guide governance down a path that promotes the interests of the country, and not the Eton/Oxford deep state. It's time to dump the treasonous unicorns that are stealing the assets of their countries, and leading the populations into debt slavery.

In any human society, leadership play a critical role in making sure people live together peacefully, we are not animals and we can't behave like one and that's the reason why need politicians in government playing roles of leading, enacting and enforcing laws and orders

Politicians are essential in a country and we can't have a country that doesn't have a government.

Having no government means having no politicians, having no politicians means having no rules.

I doubt whether we can avoid politician, when we talk about governance, politics come to play and the actors are politician. It is professional and also a game either local, national or international. Politician are like civil servants that runs the affairs of a government institutions. The problem is that, there are good politician who play fair and equitable while there are bad politicians whole engage in foul play and corruption. The interesting part is that most often powers lies with the people. But how do they make use of it? That shapes the types of politician we are having.

As much as people don't like politicians, no one in the world is calling for them to just be ousted with no replacement at all. All the people want is a representative, president, senator, etc (for your respective name for your representative) that actually cares for them and isn't just using false promises as a way to springboard to the next position above what they have now.

We do need politicians without a doubt, they're an integral part of our political system of democracy and without them, we wouldn't be able to function. THOUGH the current political system has caused lobbying to drown out the representative's voters in a way which is undemocratic in my eyes. We should look into ways to fix this, though in all honesty, the only thing I see is campaign financing regulations -- but this has no chance of passing as neither side wants to see the flow of money stop.

Who knows what's going to happen, I guess all we can do is pray for these people to change.

One of the definitions of a politician is "a person engaged in party politics as a profession". According to this definition, I think there are other options. I agree that decisions need to be made about different things. They don't need to be made by a person whose profession it is to represent a party. I really find the idea of direct democracy interesting. We could just have people vote directly about what decisions to make for their country. I know that some people are working on that idea. I think it's ridiculous to elect somebody and just trust that they'll make good decisions on behalf of the whole country.
